Problème d’exécution Cron

Bonjour,
depuis quelques jours, j’ai le message suivant (1) du core et effectivement, certains jobs cron ne s’exécutent plus si je laisse le plugin actif. Pas de trace même en mode débug sur le plugin … j’ai tenté également de relancer les dépendances, cela n’a rien changé …

Quelqu’un rencontre-t-il le même problème ?

Effectivement, j’ai le même soucis depuis 2 ou 3 jours, j’ai également relancer l’installation des dépendances, sans succès

Bonjour même soucis ici après avoir fait une mise a jour des paquet Debian dont l’api huawei
J’essaie d’obtenir des log mais rien dans /var/log
Rien dans Jeedom a part ce message, je viens de passer les log en debug par défaut si je trouve quelque chose je reviendrai vers vous

Bon je viens de trouver
En affichant le widget de mon routeur je m’aperçoit que des valeurs derniers SMS reçu etc sont null et cela me fait une erreur sur Jeedom en ce sens (valeur = null)
Du coup je me suis envoyé un sms à ma box 4g, le plugin a bien récupéré le message et a remplit les valeurs qui manquait !
Depuis le cron5 passe sans s’arrêter sur ces valeurs et plus d’erreurs

est-il possible d’avoir la sortie du log en debug du plugin stp ?
Je vais essayer de trouver d’où vient le problème.

Bonjour,
Alors de tête, il n’y avait rien dans les log nulle part même en mode debug mais je me souviens plus trop javais quand même vu quelque part qu’il me disait valeur null (je crois dans le message jeedom sur le dashbord quand je forçais l’exécution du cron5 de jeedom)
Ce qui est sûr c’est quand les champs : dernier numéro et dernier message était vide et en m’envoyant un SMS ça les as remplit et le cron5 c’est bien fait correctement.
Dans les log j’ai ceci qui apparait de temps en temps mais je crois que ça n’a rien avoir (pas de timestamp) :

Hello
le bug était corrigé mais le code était resté en beta. Je viens de faire le commit en prod.
Ca devrait aller mieux maintenant.

Pour le reste, jamais vu ces erreurs. As-tu bien resauvegardé après la mise à jour l’équipement ?

J’ai de nouveau l’erreur suivante qui apparait régulièrement :
La tâche plugin::cron5 n'arrive pas à finir à cause du plugin : huawei4g nous vous conseillons de désactiver le plugin et de contacter l'auteur
Parfois en manipulant les sms (envoi/réception/suppression) ça remarche un peu mais ça fini par revenir et je ne comprends pas vraiment pourquoi.

J’ai également le message suivant qui apparait quand je fais un rafraichissement de l’équipement :

je n’arrive pas à reproduire ce problème.
Du côté des logs de jeedom, rien en relation avec le plugin ?
Je pense aux fichier cron, http.error ou jeedom.

Je me demande s’il n’y a pas un souci sur la communication avec le routeur qui mettrait tout en attente, ou qui mettrait le routeur en blocage d’ip.
Quand vous avez le souci, combien de temps il faut attendre pour que ça revienne ? Si vous avez à peu près le même temps d’attente ça pourrait aller dans ce sens.
Avez-vous rebooté le routeur quand ça arrive ? Pour voir si le reboot du routeur corrige le souci. Ca permettrait de voir d’où vient l’erreur.

Qu’avez-vous dans les logs du routeur ? J’ai ça de mon côté, on voit bien la connexion puis la deco lors du polling toutes les 5 min.

pour ma part je dirais que j’ai beaucoup de souci avec ce routeur, comme si un élément extérieur type micro onde perturbait quelques fois par jour mon réseau (mais ce n’est pas le micro onde).

donc je n’exclue pas un souci avec le routeur lui-même, la réception mauvaise de la 3g/4g ce qui occasionnerait les problèmes jeedom/cron. je ne suis pas sur place donc je ne peux pas voir les logs du routeur pour le moment.

J’ai vérifié les logs du routeur et j’ai les mêmes lignes que toi à chaque connexion du plugin via le cron 5 minutes.
Rien dans les Logs Jeedom cron_execution ou http.error au moment où l’erreur survient.
J’ai lancé un ping en continu pour voir s’il n’y avait pas de pertes de connexion mais tout va bien de ce côté-là, je n’ai aucune perte même au moment où le plugin se connecte.
Ce qui est étrange c’est que le plugin a l’air de faire son boulot quand même.

J’ai bien rebooté le routeur par contre ce que j’ai oublié de préciser c’est ma config réseau.
J’ai une box ADSL et le routeur 4G sur deux sous-réseaux différents le tout routé (par un USG) vers mon LAN sur un autre sous réseau. J’utilise le routeur 4G comme backup internet.

Pour ce qui est de ta config réseau ça ressemble fortement à la mienne et je n’ai pas ce souci
un dernier test serait de lancer un des scripts à la main quand il y a le problème pour être sûr que le routeur répond bien. Je te rejoins sur ta remarque où il semble que tout se passe bien.

Dans le moteur de tâches, vois-tu une ligne avec le plugin ? Il ne doit pas y en avoir.

Effectivement, pas de cron au nom du plugin huawei.
Juste deux fonctions « cron5 », une sur la classe « plugin » et une sur « jeedom » mais je pense que c’est la norme.
Quel script puis-je lancer ?

Essaye de faire ça quand tu as le souci. Si tout fonctionne bien, ça sera côté jeedom je pense le souci. Il faudra trouver pourquoi ça plante de temps en temps chez certains.

Le script fonctionne bien et j’ai bien accès au routeur au moment où le message apparait.
En fait, j’ai le message à chaque cron5 mais la commande s’exécute bien. J’ai fait le calcul sur le nombre d’occurrences du message et la dernière fois que j’ai vidé les logs.

Je viens d’essayer un truc. J’ai désactivé le firewall sur le routeur huawei et les cron5 se passent bien pour l’instant.
Est-il activé chez toi ?
Je vais continuer de surveiller.

Suite :
Depuis que j’ai désactivé le firewall, plus de message de cron5 qui ne termine pas.
Par contre je viens de réactiver le firewall et ça fonctionne toujours.
Je me demande si le firewall une fois activé ne finit pas par bloquer les demandes qu’il juge trop nombreuses.

Re suite @tux1c0 un peu d’eau au moulin.

Ce matin, j’ai de nouveau l’erreur.
Seule différence depuis hier : J’ai envoyé un sms au routeur.
J’ai rendu l’interface visible (en passant j’ai une erreur 500 à l’enregistrement) et je vois 2 sms dans l’interface mais le message n’est pas visible et je n’arrive pas à faire « suivant » ou « précédent ».
Sur le routeur lui-même je vois bien un seul sms.
Par ailleurs, il indique 6 sms envoyés mais il n’y a rien dans le routeur.

J’ai aussi ce message qui apparait régulièrement quand j’ai l’équipement visible sur le dashboard : https://klog.dns14.jeedom.com/index.php?v=d&p=dashboard&object_id=21 line 2 > injectedScript 13 TypeError: arrayJSON is null

Edit 2 :
Je continue mes retours sur investigations.
Fin de mâtiné j’ai à nouveau désactivé le firewall et supprimé les sms sur le routeur, puis j’ai laissé passer un cron5 et réactivé le firewall.
Plus d’erreur d’exécution du cron5 depuis (juste l’équipement qui persiste à m’afficher 2 sms reçus et 6 envoyés).
