Pertes de nœuds incessants

Bonjour à tous,
Bonjour @Mips,

Suite à la panne de ma box smart, je me suis monté un pc dédié où j’ai installé Jeedom V4.1.20 avec mes backups. J’ai dû inclure tous mes modules, que j’ai inclus en mode Sécurisé pour tous.

Tout fonctionnait mais j’ai commencé à perdre des noeuds, et souvent les mêmes noeuds, des interrupteurs zwave de volant roulant Cool Cam (Curtain switch) ou des modules relais 2 contacts.

J’ai lancé des logs oepnzwave et voici ce que j’obtient :

Mes questions dont viennent les problèmes de KeyError ?
De quoi provient le problème de de python et bootstrap ? (Mise à jour Jeedom ?)

J’ai entendu parlé que le mode sécurisé pouvait provoquer des problèmes sur le réseau, est-ce que cela provoque des pertes de noeuds comme mon cas présent ?

Je ne comprend pas pourquoi j’ai été tag ici? :thinking:
Je ne comprend pas non plus pourquoi le post est dans la catégorie « Docker » alors qu’on parle d’un problème avec le plugin openzwave et qu’en plus vous précisez être sur une machine dédié (donc pas de docker?)

A propos du mode sécurisé, mon expérience est que ca fonctionne sans problème particulier chez moi, je l’avais activé au début plus par principe et méconnaissance, je n’ai jamais eu de perte de noeuds ni quoi que ce soit, mais plus de latence dans certain cas.
donc:

  • ayant testé les deux, le non-sécurisé est nettement plus rapide, y compris lors d’associations directes. Que ce soit plus rapide est normal et attendu mais que la différence se voit sans devoir mesurer quoi que ce soit m’a surpris;
    une association directe est systématiquement instantanée en non-sécurisé et plus aléatoire, jusqu’à 3s en sécurisé.
  • le « sécurisé » ne sécurise pas grand chose au final surtout si on ne veut pas gérer des changements de clés.
    et c’est déjà pas simple de faire communiquer les modules quand on est dans le système alors vouloir encrypter le tout pour contrôler l’allumage d’une lampe… dans mon voisinage perso je ne crains pas ce type « d’attaque »

C’est un problème lié à Python. Pour ne plus avoir ce message, il suffit de supprimer le journal de log (mais pas maintenant pour vous).

On y vois aussi, une autre information, celle-ci :

Quel est votre contrôleur Z-Wave ?

Avez-vous laissez le temps au réseau de ce stabiliser ?

D’autre utilisateur avec ce même message ont fait cela :
1ere action : soigner les noeuds en défaut 1 par 1, en laissant le temps ce cela se fasse
2eme action si 1 pas OK (il faut beaucoup de temps pour le précédent) : débrancher la clé Z-Wave (souvent vue avec l’Aetontec Gen5) pendant 30 minutes puis la remettre en place (avec une relance du daemon).

Ensuite, comme votre profil manque de détail, j’indique quand même une autre piste :
Si c’est une clé Aeontech Gen5 (modèle d’avant 2020 (Gen5+)) il ne faut pas brancher ce contrôleur sur un port USB3, mais obligatoirement sur un port USB2.

Enfin, comme Mips le fait remarquer, si vous êtes en direct sur une machine dédiée, je déplace votre message hors de la catégorie Docker.

Bon et bien tu peux recommencer en les incluant tous en mode NON sécurisé.
Le mode sécurisé présente des inconvénients dont celui de perdre des noeuds ayant trop de dropping commands.

Désolé si cela ne te concerne pas, mais en voyant ton profil Développeur, je me suis dit que tu serais câlé pour répondre au problème de bootstrap avec python…

Pour mon problème, @Fabrice merci pour le déplacement du sujet, je ne savais pas que le PC portable rentrait dans les cartes type Raspberry.
Ma clé en bien une AEOTEC Gen5 modèle ZW090-C, je n’ai pas l’année par contre, je l’ai acheté en 2020. Quel effet cela à sur la clé GEN5 le fait de la débrancher ?

@mich0111 et @Mips, vos réponses diverges sur le mode sécurisé, j’essaye donc de comprendre @mich0111 s’agit-il d’inconvénient prouvés ? que signifie dropping ?

Tapes inc!usion sécurisée z-wave sur le forum si tu veux te faire ta propre opinion.
Après, je sais que pour certains ça se passe bien mais les inconvénients existent.
Je n’inclus en mode sécurisé que les périphériques pour lesquels c’est obligatoire.
Les dropping commands sont, en gros, les commandes perdues.

Seule la Gen5+ est compatible USB3.

Un pc portable est du diy (faire soit même), c’est aussi la catégorie des Pi, ce n’est pas moi qui ai voulu cela.

Regardez ce qu’est un Docker et vous allez comprendre que vous étiez bien plus loin que maintenant.

Le retrait de la clé pendant 30mn corrige le genre de problème que vous avez.

Le mode sécurisé est souvent source de problème, vue ici.

J’ai enfin pris le temps de faire les essais et je suis parvenu semble-t-il à trouver la solution :slight_smile:

Lorsque votre module perds sa programmation ou sa connexion zwave, cela provient du bouton central qui doit intempestivement déclencher la fonction d’appairage ou de calibration.

Voici une petite vidéo de la solution testée et qui tiens pour le moment, car cela fait 2 semaines que je n’ai plus de soucis alors qu’avant tous les 2-3 jours je devais relancer la calibration ou l’intégration Zwave :slight_smile:
