Page blanche apres mise à jour

Utilisation du core de Jeedom

Bonjour,

J’ai une page blanche lorsque j’essaie d’acceder à mon jeedom.
J’etais sur une page ou il y avait plusieurs choses donc je n’avais pas la derniere version et j’ai cliqué sur tout mettre à jour. Il me semble avoir vu la version de PHP à mettre a jour et je pense que le probleme vient de la…mais je suis pas un expert.

J’ai essayé /index.php?rescue=1 meme résultat page totalement blanche. ctrl+f5 ne change rien idem sur un autre navigateur.
Acces en SSH possible malgré un peu de lenteur

Essayez en mode rescue.

Ouvrez un navigateur en mode rescue : IP/index.php?rescue=1

Et un conseil, ne cliquez pas sur mise à jour wn dehors du core ou des plugins.

Si box officielle, vous pouvez essayer un ticket, sinon externaliser en ssh une sauvegarde ai non déjà disponible puis refaire l’installation.

J’ai déjà ecrit sur plusieurs sujets de ne pas touxher à cette page…

Je commence sur jeedom j’étais sur HA avant mais les scenarios sont trop complexe à faire.
Ca doit faire une semaine que j’y suis. Je le saurais pour la prochaine fois.
J’ai effectivement pensé à restaurer ma sauvegarde que j’ai fait hier un peu avant le bug.

Pour les mises à jour, tu peux faire confiance aux p l ugins pour s’occuper de leur dépendances. Pour ton système faire tes mises à jours en utilisant apt est dans la grqnde majorité des cas plus que suffisante. Sur les box officielles, c’est même plus simple: tu ne touches pas aux mises à jour système.

Bonsoir,

Je suis également intéressé par la solution, j’ai eu le même cas sur ma machine de test sans sauvegarde, j’ai réinstallé. J’avais testé http://MON_ADRESSE_IP/index.php?rescue=1 mais c’était toujours une page blanche.
Après j’étais sur un environnement de test non supporté (Debian 12/php 8) alors j’ai cherché plus en me disant que c’étais probablement ça…
Pour la prod, je n’ai pas rencontré de problème mais du coup en lisant ce sujet ce matin, je fais des images de la vm en plus de la sauvegarde.

Perso j’ai reinstallé l’os sur le Raspi et reinstallé jeedom puis restauration de la sauvegarde.
Tout est reparti de mon coté
