Image n'apparaît pas dans les notifications

Bonjour,

Je suis en train d’installer le plugin jeedom connect sur le jeedom de mes parents pour qu’il leur remonte les notifications issues de leur NVR (frigate).

J’ai suivi ce qui a été expliqué dans ce sujet pour la mise en place :

Ca fonctionne à merveille chez moi, cependant, sur le second (de mes parents), j’ai bien les notifications mais pas les images. J’ai un carré noir à l’emplacement de la photo. La photo est bien rapatriée depuis le NVR jusque jeedom mais pas envoyée par le plugin.
Je n’ai, me semble-t-il pas d’erreur dans les logs du scénario.

J’ai trouvé le post suivant mais cela n’a pas résolu mon souci.

Au niveau des versions, je suis sur la dernière jeedom stable en date et idem pour le plugin.

Tu pourrais quand même mettre les logs du scénario ?

Pour jeedomconnect, cette remarque n’est pas suffisante. Il manque le descriptif de ta configuration généré par le plugin ou l’app. Sans tu n’auras pas d’aide des développeurs pour la partie jeedomconnect.

Pour la partie jeedomconnect, c’est sous quel format que sont attendues les données ?

Celles que tu as acceptees a l utilisation du plugin…

J’avais en effet en tête cette notification mais avais oublié la mise en œuvre, désolé.

En ouvrant un navigateur en page privée et sans etre loggué a jeedom (! important !) , que donne :

Oui, j’étais bien sur un navigateur en page privée et sans qu’il n’ait été logué auparavant sur le système

J imagine que chez toi t es connecté avec un utilisateur admin ?
Alors que chez tes parents un utilisateur simple ?

chez moi, oui je suis utilisateur admin.

Chez mes parents, ils ont bien un utilisateur normal mais j’ai aussi le souci avec mon compte admin

Après quelques essais chez moi hier soir, il semblerait que la piste des droits de l’utilisateur renseigné dans le terminal sur JC soit judicieuse.

Je refais des tests demain chez mes parents et je vous dirais.
