Equipements zwave qui ne répondent plus

Bonjour,

Je viens de me refaire une install sur RPI4, de temps en temps plus aucun équipement z-wave ne répond. J’ai un contrôleur aeotec. Pour qu’il fonctionne, il a fallut que je passe par un hub usb car le RPI4 le rejette

Quand je consulté la santé du réseau zwave, la liste est vide

Le redémarrage du démon ne corrige pas mon pb. Seul un reboot du RPI fonctionne

Salut @Mathieu_Degroux,

as-tu vérifié que le « Port Clé Z-Wave » est bien sur « auto » et pas « /dev/ttyACM0 » dans la config du plugin ?

Sinon, nous sommes plusieurs à avoir réglé nos soucis en mettant une rallonge USB pour éloigner le dongle du Raspberry et de toute interférence (TV, Box, routeur Wifi,…).

Je ne pense pas que ce soit lié à la radio car si c’était le cas, dans la santé du réseau, je verrai le périphériques mais avec des erreurs or là je ne voit plus rien

Mon réseau zwave est encore tombé cette nuit. contrairement à ce que j’indiquait dans mon premier post, la santé du réseau n’est pas vide, c’est uniquement après le redémarrage du démon qu’elle est vide, je constate cependant que la plupart des noeuds ont perdu leur voisin

Bonjour,

J’ai moi aussi experimenté ce phenomene d’equipement ZWave qui ne repondais plus. Il s’agissait de module ZMNHJD1 Fil Pilote.

Apres de nombreux tests, activation de logs, soin du reseau et des modules, redemarrage du daemon ZWave … j’en suis arrivé a resetter les modules en les privant de courant ainsi que le radiateur qu’il pilote pendant quelques minutes. Et la, le fonctionnement est revenu. Je peux a nouveau changer les etats du module a partir de l’interface Jeedom du module.

Pas sur que cela ait un rapport mais les modules etaient en service lorsque j’ai effectué ma migration de Jeedom V3 en V4 stable. J’imagines qu’ils se sont retrouvés bloqués et que les ordres envoyés par le controleur Jeedom ne suffisait pas a les faire changer d’état.

Comme quoi, parfois un bon reboot peut faire économiser plusieurs heures de recherche…

J’espere que cette information puisse servir, au cas ou, ca ne coute rien d’essayer.
