Démon NOK après installation version 2024-09-05 01:00:47

Bonjour à tous,

Je suis sur une SMART en R4.4.12
J’ai fais la mise à jour ce matin du plugin BLEA, et suite à cela les dépendances se sont lancées automatiquement. A la fin des dépendances, le démon est resté KO malgré des relances automatique ou manuelle.
Pensant que cela était lié au fait que les antennes aient besoin de mise à jour de dépendances aussi, j’ai fait « envoyer les fichiers » + « lancer les dépendances » sur les 2 antennes externes. Mais cela n’a pas réglé le problème.
Je ne sais plus quelles actions faire pour résoudre mon souci, du coup je demande votre aide.

si pas, aucune raison d’avoir le démon local et donc vous n’avez pas de problème (tant que les antennes distantes fonctionnent)

Oui, j’ai bien un dongle blea sur la SMART, ou bout d’une rallonge comme préconisé. Ma configuration hardware n’a pas changé depuis que j’ai mis BLEA en place.

J’ai 3 antennes : 1 local et 2 déportées

J’ai tenté de relancer la box : idem
J’ai retiré la Clef Sena et rebranchée : idem

Dans le Log d’update on voit une erreur et :

[notice] To update, run: python3 -m pip install --upgrade pip

Pensez vous que ce serai une bonne idée de lancer la commande « python3 -m pip install » ???

De mon côté, je ne vais pas lancer d’upgrade de python ou d’autres choses car normalement tout est fait via les releases de la SMART.

Je partage ce point de vue, normalement en suivant 100% des mises à jour du package standard SMART, il ne devrait pas y avoir de bidouille à lancer…

Oui mais Community, c’est un post = un problème
Et la cela ne ressemble pas au même souci

J’ai donc fait un ticket comme vous me l’avez suggéré.
En attendant, je suis d’accord avec vous que mes log ne sont pas identiques à ceux de « lr3674 »
Pour autant, si j’avais fait un autre post dans Community, il aurait eu le même titre et la même description du problème.
Compte tenu que le Ticket officiel est très spartiate et qu’il n’est pas possible d’y répondre pour apporter des précisions (log et autre), la solution pour résoudre mon problème risque de prendre un certain temp.
Me conseillez vous en // de faire un post spécifique sur Community ?
Avec mes excuses pour mes mauvais respects des usages …

« Ok je pense avoir trouvé ca vient de la lib numpy qui a un soucis, je pense que c’est du a la version de debian (10) qui doit plus etre supporté il faudrait passer en debian 11. Si vous etes sur atlas c’est juste un recovery si vous etes sur smart il faut attendre la fin du mois (on est en train de valider la procedure). »

J’ai installé la 4.4.15 qui indiquait ceci dans le changelog :


Et depuis, les 6 plugins que j’avais en màj à faire ont disparu. Si j’avais fait la 4.4.15 avant BLEA, à mon avis la màj de BLEA aurait aussi disparu sur incompatibilité d’OS.

Je viens de relancer le démon BLEA et cela fonctionne :slight_smile: une amélioration de la 4.4.15?

Non la 4.4.15 n’aurait pas empêché la mise à jour car on se savait même pas que le plugin était pas compatible Debian 10. En vrai c’est même pas la mise à jour qui casse la compatibilité mais la relance des dépendances qui met à jour la lib numpy qui a un bug et ne marche plus sous debian 10

Je ne comprends pas car je suis toujours sous Debian10. Et la seule chose qui a changé entre hier avec mon démon BLEA KO et aujourd’hui avec mon démon BLEA KO, c’est le passage de 4.4.12 vers 4.4.15.

Je sais pas non plus et j’ai pas de debian 10 pour tester.

J’ai plus ou moins un problème similaire. Ca semble se produire depuis la maj en 4.4.15.
Tous les soirs à minuit, le plugin semble planter, mes capteurs NUT passent activés/désactivés en boucle. Le démon du plugin ne se lance plus et la partie Port clé Bluetooth de la configure est vide.
Si je remets la config et relance le démon manuellement c’est repartie et tout fonctionne correctement jusqu’au lendemain minuit.
J’ai vu dans les changelogs un « Ajout d’un redémarrage du démon la nuit (pour limiter les soucis mémoire) » déployé le 02/09. Est-ce que ca pourrait être lié au problème qui se produit une fois par jour à minuit ?
Pour info je tourne encore en Debian 10.13 et Jeedom 4.4.15.

Sans forcément migrer en Debian 11, auriez-vous une alternative ? Peut-être désactiver le cron daily du plugin si c’est celui-ci qui pose problème à minuit ?

Non car debian 10 est obsolète. Il te faut changer ou ne plus toucher à ton jeedom, avec les risques que cela comporte et autrea inconvénients.

C’est ce que j’avais vu aussi mais je pensais pas me lancer sur la migration tout de suite. Finalement va bien falloir…je vais chopper une autre SD pour migrer sur debian 11 tout en gardant ma SD en 10 sait-on jamais.
En attendant, ce problème apparu ces derniers jours serait-il plus lié à une incompatibilité entre debian 10 et la version 4.4.15 ou le plugin ?
