Caméra Arlo Essential non détectée après resynchronisation

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème avec une caméra Arlo Essential dans Jeedom.
Suite à un souci de connexion, j’ai dû réappairer la caméra :
je l’ai supprimée de l’application Arlo,
puis réinstallée et appairée à nouveau dans l’app Arlo.
Ensuite, j’ai fait la même chose dans Jeedom :
suppression de l’équipement,
puis resynchronisation du plugin Arlo.
Le problème est que la caméra n’apparaît plus dans Jeedom après la synchronisation, alors qu’elle est bien visible et fonctionnelle dans l’application Arlo.

j’ai teste avec le plugin en version bêta j’ai même problème

C’est parce que vous n’avez pas (re)partagé la caméra avec l’utilisateur jeedom.

J’ai bien repartagé la caméra à l’utilisateur Jeedom.

Manifestement il reste un problème dans le partage car le plugin « voit » les 2 devices mais ils ne sont pas actifs, donc je suppose que ce sont toujours les « anciens »:

essayez de supprimer tous les partages et de recommencer
ou de supprimer l’utilisateur du compte arlo et de le ré-inviter et d’ensuite re-partager les caméras
