J’ai un tydom 1.0, j’ai bien rentré toute l’adresse mac et j’ai changé le mot de passe pour ne pas avoir de caractère spéciaux ( donc que lettre maj et min et chiffre) car j’ai vu sur un forum que sa pouvez poser problème
j’ai le deamon bien lancé (vert) et quand je lance la synchronisation d’équipement , j’ai les ronds de chargement en cours qui s’affiche et sa continu de tourner à l’infini ( au moins + 1h 30)
Je suis en debian 11 et l’onglet santé dis que tout est ok et à jour
avez vous une solution pour récupérer mes équipements deltadore tydom?
Je suis novice et je viens d’installer une box Jeedom Luna. J’ai aussi une tydom 1.0 avec un module d’éclairage et un module thermostat. Tout est OK dans Jeedom, mais comme toi, lorsque je lance la synchronisation d’équipement, rien ne se passe. Par contre chez moi ca tourne et au bout de 15 secondes ca s’arrete mais ne trouve rien.
Je cherche aussi la solution a ce probleme.
La page santé du plugin est souvent inutile. Le mieux serait celle de jeedom et les logs du plugin dans la partie log et surveillance de la fenêtre de configurations du plugin.

À tout hasard : la box Tydom n’accepte qu’une seule connexion, tu n’aurais pas un autre device déjà connecté dessus, style une tablette avec l’appli Delta Dore…
Pour info j’ai laissé tomber les plugins jeedore et tydom pour passer sur tydom2mqtt

Si j’ai Tydom sur mon téléphone portable. Penses tu que si je déconnecte l’appli Tydom de mon portable, Jeedom va trouver mes équipements Tydom ?

Je viens de trouver la solution sur le forum, car moi aussi j’avais le même problème sur une Tydom1.0. Il faut le mdp du Tydom1.0 et non pas le mdp de l’application Tydom.
j’ai dû télécharger l’application Tydom 03.06.10-295-dd en apk que tu trouveras facilement sur internet parce que les dernières vs de l’application Tydom ne mettent pas le mdp dans le Tydom mais dans le cloud donc tu ne peux pas le changer.
Donc, j’ai fait un appui de 15 secondes sur le bouton du Tydom pour réinitialiser le mdp, ensuite j’ai changé le mdp sur l’application apk Tydon 03… tu peux utiliser un vieux téléphone ou une tablette qui n’a pas la dernière vs de l’application Tydom… et ce mdp tu le mets dans Jeedom et
tu test, pour moi cela a marché.
Ensuite, tu peux revenir sur l’application Tydom à jour que tu utilises normalement et tu changes le mdp pour plus de sécurité. Mais il ne faudra pas changé le mdp dans Jeedom
