States of Ajax Sensors are not updating in realtime

Hello,

I’ve installed the Ajax Plugin, and is not updating in real time all the data from Ajax when I open or close a door/window.

I need to click on sync all the time, in order to update the states.

I’ve the external access available, with all the certs and SSL through HaProxy (Pfsense). If someone can give me some info or what I have done wrong?

Do I need the Service Power Pack Premium too?

Thanks in advance

Información Jeedom

Core : 4.4.19 (master)
DNS Jeedom : No

Plugin : Ajax Systems
Versión : 2024-09-08 01:20:30 (stable)

when you open a door, there is no update ?
what do you have in the logs ?
did you connect jeedom to the hub ?

Thanks for the answer.

All three questions yes. There is no update if the door/windows is open or not, just if I open and click on sync it works.
As far as I can see from the logs, there is nothing. So not sure if the communication is working or not.
Affirm, I’ve two users before and now I’ve another two. One from the Home Assistant and the one from jeedom.com

Let me know if you need anything else.

Kind Regards

it takes time for the ajax backend to send real time information especially the first time. just wait, it should work from after a day. if not, open a ticket.

Thanks for the input.

Is strange because the Arm/Disarm method is working fast, but not the states of the sensors.

I’ll open a ticket them as it has been installed since 3 days and still not working.

Just to confirm, open a ticket means Support Request, right?

Hello

Yes, that’s how you should open a ticket.

It seems to me that not all Ajax devices know how to report their states when the alarm is disabled. This is the case of DMs it seems to me.

For a friend, I set up this plugin yesterday, everything worked fine from the beginning, without even adding the Jeedom user in the HUB.
Then, we changed its DNS (Jeedom) to customize it and nothing worked. You have to do Synchronize every time.

We will now wait a few days to see.

Have a nice day.

Hello,

So after some days to see if it works or not, looks like it’s not.

The arm and disarm function is working as before, no issues at all, so the problems are the sensors that are not coming from Ajax.

Not sure if anyone have the same issue. Can anyone check from his side?

I already sent a ticket support, and they are just checking.

Thanks in advance :grinning:
