Bonsoir,

A priori je dirais que le serveur de Mercedes a un souci.
Il refuse pas vos identifiants juste il dit que le serveur a eu une erreur.

Il faudrait attendre demain ou la semaine prochaine voir si cela ne se résous pas de lui même.
Sinon on regardera

Tout semble indiquer un souci côté serveur Mercedes.
L’authentification semble bonne mais le serveur retourne juste une erreur 500.

C’est une nouvelle installation ?

Si ça perdure je recommande de passer par le formulaire de contact sur le Portal Dev Mercedes pour voir avec eux
