Problème lancement du service

Bonjour @Mips,

J’ai installé le plugin en bêta Theengs-gateway, j’ai suivi la documentation et celui s’installe sans problème, idem pour l’installation de mon équipement mais le service ne se lance pas et je constate que rien remontre dans mosquitto via les logs de mqtt Manager.

Infos de ma configuration :
PI4
Debian 10
clé Bluetooth Sena
Plugin blea stoppé
Dernière version de jeedom en stable

J’avais installé theengs-gateway via snap en suivant la procédure et cela fonctionnait bien, j’avais juste eu un soucis et j’ai du débrancher et rebrancher la clé Sena lors de l’arrêt du plugin blea. (l’application a bien été supprimé avant d’installer ton plugin)

Le statut passe d’inconnu à offline quand je clique sur redémarrer le service.

En passant la commande : sudo systemctl status TheengsGateway.service

Salut,

Que donne cette commande pour voir la liste des interfaces bluetooth installée:

hciconfig -a

et ceci pour avoir un peu plus de raison du plantage de theengs:

sudo journalctl -u TheengsGateway.service -e

hciconfig -a : cela remonte en hci0 ma clé Sena et en hci1 le Bluetooth du PI.

Pour l’autre commande je t’enverrai ce soir.

Je ne sais pas lire le log.
J’ai essayé de corriger le formatage mais ca passe pas.

Il faut utiliser Texte préformaté (bouton </> derrière l’engrenage sur mobile) et pas le bouton citation

Tout ce que je vois c’est qu’il y a eu une erreur de build à la fin mais impossible de lire s’il y a un autre message d’erreur.

Faudrait purger le cache ou relancer l’installation en forcant de ne pas utiliser le cache car là tu as un soucis sur ton système mais je ne sais pas quoi vu qu’il n’y a pas plus d’info.

Je n’ai plus la syntaxe pour faire ça de tête, je regarde demain et je reviens vers toi.

J’avais tenté d’installer theengs-gateway en direct et j’avais eu des erreurs et c’est pour cela que je suis passé par snap et la je n’ai pas eu de soucis.

Non mais tu ne dois pas utiliser « pip » sur buster, ca risque de faire pire que mieux.
Au alors « pip3 » au moins.
Ne fais pas de manip à la main sans être sur sinon tu risques effectivement de corrompre le système.

Je regarde en détail le dernier log demain et on voit comment fixer ça, désolé plus le courage ce soir.

Merci pour info j’avais vu sur le net d’installer le package cmake mais une fois installé cela reste bloqué dans l’installation des dépendances. Du coup j’ai desinstallé, j’attends ton retour.

J’ai refait mon installation en debian 11 et depuis plus de soucis.
