Par exemple, sans réfléchir, avez-vous fait ce qui est demandé dans le message d’erreur ?
De quelle information auriez-vous besoins?
J’aimerais pouvoir faire ce que le message d’erreur m’indique mais je ne le comprends pas, d’où ma demande d’aide.
J’ai lu la doc mais je ne trouve rien à ce sujet et je ne pense pas avoir raté quelque chose au niveau des paramètres car de ce que j’ai compris il n’y a rien à faire ou modifier en gros.

faudrait la meme page réseau mais sans les adresses privés masqués, ca ne sert à rien de masquer ces ip et justement c’est ca qu’on doit vérifier

pour compléter les demandes de @Mips, j’ai une première remarque :
Vous êtes en Debian 11, il ne devrait pas y avoir de Python 2 installé… Avez-vous installé Debian 11 récemment ? et si oui comment ?
Sinon, comme l’a fait très justement remarqué Mips, il nous faut la config réseau avec un peu plus de détails, car sinon on ne pourra rien vérifier, comme le soucis semble venir de là.

J’ai installé debian 11 via une clé boot et une image iso. Le pc me servant de box Jeedom était sous Debian 10 avant cela
je ne me préoccuperais pas trop de cette histoire python2, ca arrive (j’ai moi même des installs avec et sans… sans même savoir comment c’est arrivé 
)
bref, la clé api est bien active ou en mode « localhost »?
et qu’avez-vous dans la config « liste blanche »? (utilisez le champs recherche en haut de la page ou onglet sécurité)

Est-ce que tu pourrais passer les logs en mode « debug » et ensuite tenter de faire démarrer le démon et les mettre ici ? (à la fois les logs du plugin et les logs du démon)
Après avoir passé les logs en mode débug, il faut sauvegarder bien sûr, et redémarrer le démon

J’ai rencontré le même problème avec le plugin-ttscast sur une fresh install en Debian 12.
Supprimer le fichier .htaccess du plugin n’est pas une solution puisqu’il sera recréé lors de la prochaine mise à jour.
Le souci semble venir de ce commit qui a d’ailleurs été supprimé en alpha et qui a pour conséquence de mal nommer le fichier .htaccess à la racine du core lors de l’installation : htaccess sans le point.
Si c’est votre cas (à vérifier avec l’explorateur de fichier) il faut le renommer avec :
mv /var/www/html/htaccess /var/www/html/.htaccess

Dans ce cas ci le fichier n’a vraiment pas besoin d’être là car il n’y a qu’un fichier php dans ce dossier qui doit pouvoir être accéder de l’extérieur.
Je suis pas sûr de comprendre le commit qui nommait mal le htaccess à été retiré il est même resté que quelques heures je pense et une maj du core doit tout remettre correcte. Ou alors j’ai pas tout compris
