Bonjour depuis quelques jours mon plugin arlo ne fonctionne plus. Le demon et dépendance sont ok. Fonctionnement nominal avec l’application constructeur ARLO.

J’ai tenté relancer le demon et les dépendances → problème identique

J’ai tenté de créer un nouveau compte avec arlo et j’ai eu le même problème dans jeedom.

Je suis sous Jeedom SMART et je suis à jour.

Est-ce qu’il a un moyen de savoir si sa vient du plugin ou de la partie connection/login d’arlo vers jeedom ?

Bonjour,

Il faudrait dans un premier temps fixer l’erreur sur le repo oldstable qu’on voir au début du log des dépendances.

Je n’ai pas le lien sous la main, je suis sur mobile, mais si vous cherchez sur community vous trouverez la solution.
Ensuite relancer les dépendances et me montrer le nouveau log.

Bon j’ai fait un sudo apt-get --allow-releaseinfo-change update. et relance les dépendances. → Toujours le même probleme mais je n’ai plus repo oldstable

Bonjour

Pb identique chez moi. Sur Jeedom Atlas 4.3.17 et plugin arlo à jour du 23 Mai. Je viens de relancer les dépendances + désactiver/réactiver le plugin arlo sans résultat. Tout fonctionnait parfaitement depuis fort longtemps.

J’ai ce message dans les logs:
ConnectionThread : HTTPError occured, reconnecting in 10s: 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://ocapi-app.arlo.com/api/auth

Je désactive tout pour 48h. De toutes façons ça ne fonctionne plus.

J’ai comparé les versions des dépendances, j’ai les mêmes sur plusieurs machines et je ne reproduis pas le problème, le login fonctionne toujours.

Donc pour l’instant je ne trouve pas l’origine du blocage, désolé.

Quelques petites choses à faire / tester:

se connecter depuis l’app web et/ou l’app mobile avec l’utilisateur jeedom et ensuite réessayer depuis jeedom
me donner l’ip retourner pour ping -c 1 ocapi-app.arlo.com
j’ai fait un petit changement en beta sur les headers envoyés, à voir si ca aide mais j’y crois pas trop sans vouloir vous décourager
j’ai fait un autre changement en beta pour utiliser en user agent random, à voir si ca aide à brouiller les pistes chez cloudflare

Nouvelle beta dispo a tester;
cette fois j’ai bon espoir car j’ai réussi à me faire bloquer par cloudflare sur une machine de dev (il y en a qui sont vraiment bizarre d’être content pour des choses pareils ) et me connecter malgré tout.

Attention, il faut relancer les dépendances, la beta ne le fait pas automatiquement (ca sera le cas pour la stable si la solution est confirmée)
