Bonjour,
Le plugin fonctionnait bien,
je suis passé ce matin a la version jeedom v4.4 3
et depuis rien ne remonte sur emporia le demon est ok
je suis sur jeedup
mon erreur est:

Je suis désolé mais je n’avais pas vu ton message car tu n’as pas ajouté le tag du plugin.
As-tu toujours le problème ?

Peux-tu me donner un accès en MP à ton installation jeedom stp ?
Je pense qu’il y a un soucis avec les packages python

Je viens de me connecter et il faudrait faire une MAJ de ton OS ou à minima mettre à jour la release de Python. En effet, tu es en python 3.7.3 sur une Debian 10 et les librairies systèmes ne sont plus compatibles avec le plugin.

Je sais que cela peut-être complexe mais possible de faire cette MAJ ?

Bonjour Thanaus est ce risqué de faire évoluer mon os par une mise à jour ?
Cela reviendrait à passer sur debian 11?

Je ne te conseille pas de mettre à jour ton OS pour passer à Debian 11.
Il y a de fortes chances que cela pose problème !

Le plus simple est de reinstaller depuis une ISO Debian 11, installer Jeedom puis reinjecter ta sauvegarde.

Je pense que tu trouveras plein de topics pour t’aider sur ce forum.

merci pour ces infos,
Je devais préparer un support de sauvegarde , je vais accélérer ce choix afin de limiter les risques et passer directement sur Debian 11 sur ce nouveau support.
J’informerais du résultat.
