Plugin Arlo démon nok ne se lance pas

j’ai du avoir un bug car je l’ai acheter sur le market

j’ai refait un update j’ai bien un nouveau rapport sauf vu qu’il y a des liens impossible a envoyer car je suis nouveau

Y a un warnign un peut étrange ici:

Notez ryptography au lieu de cryptography :thinking:
Et justement le démon a une erreur sur le module de crypto…

Pouvez-vous executer cette commande en ssh et me montrer le résultat:

ls -a /usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages | grep "^~"

cela va lister les packages invalides, apparemment cela se produit s’il y a eu un problème lors d’une désinstallation / mise à jour.

ok, je me rappelle pas déjà avoir vu ca… supprimez ces dossiers:

rm -rf /usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/~ryptography
rm -rf /usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/~ryptography-38.0.1.dist-info

ensuite vous pouvez vérifier:

ls -a /usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages | grep "^~"

et si plus rien, relancez les dépendances du plugin et montrez moi le nouveau log.

Vous êtes sur quel type de stockage? carte sd ou disque ssd?

sur hdd j’ai un pi drive

en attendant votre réponse je me suis balader sur le forum et j’ai trouver ceci
Lancer l’installation des dépendances une première fois puis sudo pip3 install cryptography==2.6.1 puis démarrer le démon. Pour info, la correction a été poussée ainsi aujourd’hui sur le plugin en beta (disponible demain)
et vous savez quoi cela refonctionne

grâce a vous et votre analyse il s’avérer bien un problème de mise a jour sur cryptography

Ok, ca reste bizarre, ce problème + le problème d’update/install du plugin qui affichait des infos incohérentes ca fait penser à un stockage corrompu mais c’est juste une impression.

Avez-vous le lien du post parlant de l’install de cryptography ?
