Plantages de ma Jeedom Smart comment diagnostiquer?

Bonjour à tous,

Je dispose d’une Jeedom Smart Z-Wave+ que j’ai mis en service il y a 1 mois environ.

Depuis j’ai eu 3 plantages de ce type :

1/ tout va bien, routine habituelle, je ne touche pas ma config
2/ d’un coup elle n’est plus joignable http, plus pingable (le tout en local)
3/ je débranche/rebranche l’alim plusieurs fois : elle ne repart pas (je la laisse parfois mijoter 2h avant d’essayer à nouveau)
4/ au bout de la 4e / 5e fois elle repart

Je précise qu’elle est branchée sur onduleur.

Jusqu’au dernier plantage de ce matin elle était en 3.3.48, là je viens d’update en 3.3.52

Sauriez-vous me dire à quel endroit est-ce que je peux trouver des logs qui me permettraient de comprendre pourquoi elle freeze comme ça ?

Les logs sont sur le menu: analyse /log.

Tu as essayé une autre alimentation ?

Première chose, il est temps de prendre quelques backups sur votre ordi; si la smart ne démarre plus du tout ils serviront plus que ceux encore dessus :wink:

J’ai eu des symptômes similaire au début sur une smart.
Elle a fini par ne plus s’allumer du tout, retour en garantie et depuis plus de problème.

Edit: page santé au vert ? Pas de secteur défectueux ?
J’avais ça aussi.

Et les backups faits sur Dropbox également :wink:

moi je l’alimente par le micro usb mais je ne sais pas si c’est encore possible sur les nouvelles avec l’histoire du jumper.

J’ai changé d’alimentation car lorsque je j’éteignais je devais la débrancher plusieurs fois avant qu’elle ne reparte.

Via micro usb ? Avec un chargeur de téléphone ?

Sur un autre post Alexandre nous dit que le jumper J1 a été supprimé des Smart depuis juin 2019.
Donc l’alimentation par le port micro usb n’est pas possible sans en remettre un en place.

Là je suis à plusieurs jours sans plantage mais je n’ai fait aucun manip dessus.

En fait les 2 fois où elle avait planté et ne redémarrait plus (ou au bout de X tentatives) c’était :

  • suite à l’install du plugin network
  • suite à une coupure de courant

Je crois que je vais me commander une prise WIFI commandable à distance et indépendante de Jeedom pour redémarrer la Smart à distance en cas de plantage car ma Smart commande mon volet roulant principal d’entrée au bureau… (bon je peux l’ouvrir manuellement en débrayant un cable mais bof quand il fait 35°)

Nouveau plantage en cours :confused:

Tout allait bien depuis plusieurs jours, ce matin j’ai installé un plugin, fait des scénarios, etc. tout OK.

Là je venais juste d’installer le plugin Cast sans souci, mais il avait besoin de dépendances : je clique pour installer les dépendances, ça charge, à arrivé à 50% ca se fige.

Je patiente un bon moment, je rafraîchis la page dans le navigateur : accès impossible.

J’attends encore 20mn et là en rafraîchissant j’obtiens :

SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused

Depuis j’ai tenté 2 reboots espacé de 30mn : elle ne revient même pas au ping.

Le 3ème reboot est en cours, j’attends…

Ca devient critique car la box commence à contrôler pas mal de choses, notamment des accès et j’ai du coup besoin qu’elle soit vraiment fiable :confused:

Je rappelle qu’il s’agit d’une Smart Z-Wave+ achetée en novembre 2019 et la dernière maj de Jeedom date d’il y a 10 jours maxi.

Elle est de retour après le 6 ou 7ème reboot !
