Pas de connection via mon adresse mail a ARLO

Bonjour a tous,
j’ai mis en place une sonnette ARLO AVD1001A sur mon téléphone tout fonctionne très bien.
J’ai voulu l’installer sur jeedom, j’ai donc crée un partage sur une autre adresse mail comme indiqué dans la documentation. J’ai rempli la configuration du plugin ARLO et mis en service le demon. celui-ci c’est mis au vert. J’ai attendu 24h pour voir si la synchronisation allait se faire.
Apres ce délai aucune synchronisation. j’ai essayé manuellement mais rien n’y fait.
j’ai essayé en mode debug et la j’ai vu que mon mail ne se connectait pas chez ARLO dans les logs.
je suis débutant et je n’arrive pas a comprendre tout ce que les logs m’indique. je souhaiterais un peu d’aide.

plusieurs problème visible sur la capture et dans les logs

le nom d’utilisateur chez arlo c’est un email: pourquoi y a-t-il jedomjeedom (avec un espace) devant?

et pareil dans la config coté arlo apparemment (j’ai masqué les infos mais elles sont toujours visibles dans le post d’origine, à vous de masquer)
vous avez mis votre nom devant l’adresse email, donc email invalide coté arlo:

'invalidValue': 'xxx xxx xxx@gmx.fr', 'message': 'Email must be between 6-190 symbols in public email format'

si, bien sur, à condition d’utiliser deux compte différents

Non c’est pour ça qu il faut créé un autre compte sur lequel vous partagez les cameras. Et c’est ce compte de partage que vous utilisez sous jeedom.

j’ai mis jeedomjeedom car il faut indique le nom et le prénom avant l’adresse mail et dans cette adresse mail j’avais rempli nom et prénom par jeedom.

je vous ai donné les deux configs incorrectes à corriger sans cela aucune chance que cela fonctionne; si vous ne me croyez pas, je ne sais plus vous aider.

Corrigez ces configs, passez le log en mode INFO au lieu de DEBUG et relancez le démon.
Si cela ne fonctionne toujours pas, montrez moi le nouveau log du démon.

Pouvez-vous simplement copier/coller le contenu du log dans un Texte préformaté (outil </>), ca m’évitera de devoir télécharger le fichier chaque fois; merci

donc le login configuré dans le plugin correspond au login configuré dans arlo, c-à-d l’adresse email?

et vous avez aussi corrigé l’adresse email dans votre compte arlo?

en effet c’est bien le login configuré dans ARLO
j’ai autorisé l’accès dans ARLO a cette adresse et j’ai accordé les droit d’accès sur ma sonnette.
