Nouvelle box Atlas - Impossible de faire la mise à jour Core

Bonjour,

j’ai recu ma box Atlas il y a un peu moins d’une semaine et je suis bloqué dans la mise à jour du Core.
La version actuelle du core est 4.1.25. Toutes tentatives se soldent par des échecs.

Situation actuelle :

  • Box Jeedom branchée directement sur ma box Bouygues

Procédure de MAJ
→ Reglages/Système/Centre de Mise à jour
→ Mettre à jour
→ je coche que « Uniquement le Core »

merci de ta suggestion. J’ai fait un ticket et voila la réponse
"Bonjour,
D’après l’erreur c’est un soucis avec votre accès internet. Malheureusement je n’aurais pas de solution de mon coté il faut peut etre attendre et relancer."

Sujet soldé.
J’ai essayé de passer en WIFI par la box mais ça n’a pas fonctionné (impossible de se connecter)
Je suis passé par point d’accès (téléphone) qui a pu faire la mise à jour sans aucun problème.
La solution est trouvée mais pas le problème…
