Not correct link

The Jeedom Connect application does not correctly save the link address.
https://xxxx1.eu.jeedom.link.
When the client wants to connect, he can’t because the address has changed to https://xxxx.eu.jeedom.link.
We have uninstalled the app but it continues the same.
What I can do?

Jeedom Core : 4.3.12
Version JC : 1.6.0+ stable
DNS Jeedom : oui
Statut Démon : Stoppé - ()

Equipements :

I was just saying that it doesnt cost a lot to start a new topic with a first « hello » (like any civilized people), instead of « I have a probleme. what to do. » which seems a bit rude.

no matter what you’re set manually in the application itself to initiate the connection. The application will get back the setup define on the plugin settings page :

so the real url has to be correctly set up here, which might not be the case on your side
