j’ai un onduleur eaton ellipse pro 650 que je souhaiterai installer sur ma smart ATLAS V 4.2.13 en USB, pourriez vous me dire comment faire SVP.

J’ai été voir sur le lien , apparemment il faut que j’installe le logiciel NUT avec le pilote " USBHID-UPS"
c’est bien ça ?
Je ne suis pas fort du tout pour faire ça . mais je vais essayer. il faut que je passe par systeme/configuration/OS/DB/Administration systeme ?
( vous m’aviez deja aider pour un autre soucis il y a une semaine ) en passant par la.

Oui effectivement hier il a fonctionner avec le plugin APC mais depuis ce matin , plus rien , ça me dis « commlost » . mais j’ai mis une rallonge de 5m en USB , peut être que ça peut jouer, c’est pour ça que je voulais plus d’indication sur quel plugin et comment l’installer.

en fait le cable USB fait pas 5 mais 10m, mais il a un amplificateur sur la fiche femelle :

la premiere fois que je l’ai installé , dans le log " APCUPS" il y avait cette erreur :

mais ça avait fonctionner jusqu’au lendemain (il me semble) ensuite plus rien.

Je viens de le passer en mode debug maintenant j’ai ça :

Une rallonge USB avec un ampli « actif », mais sans alimentation externe? Hum… ca pu l’arnaque ca.
Si la source (ta box/rPi/PC) n’est pas assez puissante pour alimenter ce qui est branché en usb, je ne vois pas comment elle pourrait en plus alimenter un ampli USB…

Pourtant sur les avis amazon ils en disent du bien . mais je suis pas asser caler pour le savoir.
pour etre sur que c’est la rallonge ou pas je vais essayer sans cette rallonge.

Je viens d’essayer sans la rallonge et maintenant ça fonctionne cela venait bien de la rallonge.
Alors peut être auriez vous une solutions pour éloigner de 10m environ l’onduleur de la box jeedom.
auriez vous une rallonge USB de 10m a me conseiller ?

A part essayer d’autres rallonges, je ne vois pas d’autre solution.
Il y en a avec possibilité d’alimentation externe, mais je n’ai jamais essayé.

Pas la moindre idée. Il faut essayer. Le connecteur ne semble pas fait pour alimenter l’ampli USB, mais plutot le device que tu y branche (HDD ou autre).
Le connecteur d’alimentation ne semble pas livré avec par contre. Ce qui me fait penser à un truc :
généralement, le problème des rallonges, c’est qu’au bout, il n’y a plus assez de jus pour alimenter un dongle, un rfx, un HD, etc… souvent parce que les ports USB du PC ou rpi n’envoient pas assez de courant.
Mais dans ton cas, c’est l’onduleur qui envoit des infos. Et on ne peut pas rajouter de hub usb alimenté ou autre rallonge… Si le probleme vient de l’onduleur, j’ai peur que ca ne marche pas au final.
