Error with method CHECK_USER

Bonjour à tous,

Alors déjà mes informations

Jeedom Core : 4.2.20
Version JC : [beta] 1.3.2
DNS Jeedom : oui

Equipements :
  Mon Téléphone : v1.3.2 sur android [os : 31] (polling)
  Tablette Maison : v1.3.2 sur android [os : 29]

J’arrive à me connecter à l’application avec mon user et mon MDP en wifi, mais dès que je passe en
4G, j’ai une erreur : Error with method CHECK_USER.

Pour info j’ai vidé le cache de l’application , du téléphone, désinstaller l’app, détacher mon tel de Jeedom connect est toujours la même erreur en 4G

Que puis-je avoir oublié ?

Avez-vous regardé les nombreux précédents sujet sur des problèmes de connexion de l’application ?
Si oui aucun des solutions proposées ne résout votre problème ?

les logs que tu fournis indiquent Error with 'CHECK_AUTHENT' method c est pas la meme

Tu peux partager ceux cote plugin stp ? (Efface le fichier comme ca on n aura pas tout l historique, et tente une connexion en 4G, on aura que ces logs la)

Effectivement j’ai en premier check user puis si je valide la connection check_authent

J’ai vidé les logs et faits plusieurs essaie de connection

Si je passe en wifi ok. Pour info mise à jour de mon android by samsung cette semaine.

J en ai que un de jeedom.

Je viens de tester avec mon adresse dns jeedom directement sur une page web et cest ok.
Je vais continuer à investiger

état du jeedom complétement incohérent : plugin désactivé, utilisateur qui n’existe pas, …

reboot de la machine jeedom effectué => tout s’est remis en ordre, et la connexion avec JC est à nouveau opérationnelle, sans aucun changement
