Door and Fire Sensors not displaying info

i have got all details in from my Hub 2 and that is working fine but my fire protect 2’s and my Door Protects are not displayed correctly and are not showing any data.

they just have the default Ajax logo, and have nothing under orders, also under kind there blank

Maybe you have to setup the beta release from March 14th

No change running Beta

Sorry but I do not have any idea . I also have a Hub2 and door protect sensors, and both work fine.
But I do not have fire protect.
Maybe the dev will read your post and give you some suggestions to make them work.
