Connection entre le serveur et le poêle perturbée

Bonjour

J’ai un poêle Piazzetta et j’ai régulièrement ce message (voir log ci-dessous) « Connection entre le serveur et le poele pertubée ».
A ce moment-là presque toutes les valeurs passent à zéro et il faut attendre une actualisation pour retrouver les valeurs.
Concernant cette erreur, est-ce que cela vient de Piazzetta : A savoir que leur application plante très très souvent (impossible de connecter le serveur). Est-ce lié ?
Par ailleurs, s’il n’est pas possible de fiabiliser cette connexion, comment faire pour éviter que les valeurs passent à zéro (j’imagine que cela posera problèmes si j’utilise des scénarios sur ces valeurs ?) ?

Bonjour,

Tout d’abord il faudrait vérifier l’accès réseau entre le poêle et internet.
Ce message est caractéristique d’une mauvaise liaison en le poêle et le serveur plutôt qu’entre jeedom et le serveur. La carte navel n’est t’elle pas en rouge au moment des défauts.

En ce qui concerne la remontée de valeur à 0, il est certainement possible d’y remédier. Pour cela serait-il possible de passer le plugins en debug et de m’envoyer les log au moment du défaut?

Re bonjour,

A priori, aucun problème avec la connexion réseau : Pas de rouge sur le poêle, j’ai surveillé la connexion via le WIFI : RAS, la connexion fibre n’a pas bougé non plus.

Je suis surpris de vos logs.
Il manque pas mal d’information dedans. Avez-vous supprimé des lignes?
Vous êtes sue la version stable ou beta?

Bonjour, je suis avec la beta. Je ne sais pas ce que j’ai changé mais les logs sont bien plus bavards et la commande fonctionne. Je me demande si mon autre problème (autre fil) n’est pas lié : Problème de connexion au moment de l’exécution de la commande ?
Merci en tout cas et je vais me concentrer sur l’autre problème.

A tout hasard, est-ce qu’il y a un endroit où je peux trouver toutes les commandes possibles ? J’ai compris que je pouvais déchiffrer les logs en debug mais ce n’est pas simple.

Hélas non! Cela dépend de la marque et du modèle.
Mais si vous m’envoyer le début des logs, je peux vous faire la liste.

J’ai bidouillé tout cela dans un Excel et j’ai tout ce qu’il faut.
Je n’arrive par contre pas à trouver le % de remplissage du réservoir pellets.
J’ai trouvé : ris_pellet_empty_get qui reste toujours à zéro même quand le réservoir est vide, de la même manière : ris_pellet_ok_get, reste toujours à 1 et ris_pellet_ris_get toujours à zero (ris = Riserva en Italien).
Si vous avez une idée.

Moi je n’ai pas de capteur de niveau pelet !
