Commande Info "en ligne"

Bonjour ,

Je souhaiterais savoir comment fonctionne la commande info ID 3450 intitulée « en ligne » vis à vis du serveur cloud …cette dernière reste toujours à l’état 1 avec ou sans la mise sous tension du robot ?
L’information « hors ligne » n’est à priori pas pris en compte au niveau du serveur … faut il faire une commande action spécifique avant l’extinction du robot …et si oui laquelle ou avoir le module GPS, pour la valider ?

Juste pour info, l’id de la commande change chez chacun donc ca n’aide pas beaucoup :wink:
ce qui aide c’est le « logicalId » qui est lui défini par le plugin et unique par équipement.
Mais j’ai bien compris de quelle commande il était question, pas de soucis.


La commande « En ligne » (« online ») est à 1 si la tondeuse est en ligne, connectée au cloud, accessible; à 0 si pas le cas.
C’est pareil que dans l’app mobile landroid.

Je ne comprend pas cette phrase.
Si ca l’est; ma tondeuse était coupée la semaine passée et donc « en ligne » à 0 dans jeedom et clairement indiquée « hors ligne » en rouge dans l’app landroid.

non aucun rapport avec le module gps.

Mais malheureusement , pour ma part la commande « en ligne » reste toujours à l’état 1 quel que soit l’état du robot (WR 165 M) en marche ou éteint … sur le plugin worxlandroidS ?
Sur l’application constructeur (version 3.30.0+1) rien ne change là aussi tout semble restait à l’état initial de la dernière connexion avec le robot?

En re synchronisant le plug in worxlandroids , j’arrive à avoir le changement de la valeur de la commande « en ligne » (passage de 1 à 0 ou de 0 à 1) ,aurais je oublié d’activer une activation dans le menu configuration du plugin ???

Je ne comprends pas. Vu les ? cela semble être des questions mais le contenu ressemble plus à une affirmation…

Désolé pour les « ? »… mais c’est ma manière de montrer mon incompréhension à ce qui se passe sur mon jeedom par rapport à vos propre remontées d’informations sur cette commande .

En ce qui concerne la configuration du plugin je ne vois pas ce qui pourrait etre encore activé…

Si rien n’est visible dans l’app, peu de chance que ca le soit dans le plugin, je ne peux pas inventer une information.
Et je ne peux pas dire grand chose de plus sans logs

Je ne sais pas si cela peut aider ,mais …

Aprés avoir effectué des arrets de quelques minutes puis rallumer le robot WR 165 E ,j’ai constaté qu’il n’y avait pas de remontées d’information systematiques « on ligne » du serveur vers le plug in worxlandroids.Cette remontée d’information a bien lieu sytématiquement qu’ aprés avoir resynchroniser le plugin . D’autre part dans le scénario arrêt du robot,la remontée de l’information de la commande Rssi n’est que rarement systématique (passage à 0) voire jamais pour le code statut !!!

Pour « online » effectivement cela ne remonte pas avec les events reçu, il faut explicitement demander l’état de la tondeuse via un appel api:

  • La synchro fait cela évidement puisque ce process créé les équipements si nécessaire et met à jour toutes les infos.
  • La commande « refresh » de l’équipement force le refresh sur l’api également (donc à privilégier plutôt qu’une synchro totale
  • et enfin, lors du renouvellement du token, environ toute les heures, ce refresh est forcé également automatiquement.

Donc en l’état il faudra en moyenne 30min pour savoir que la tondeuse est offline ou online.
Je recommande de ne pas appeler ce refresh trop fréquemment au risque d’être banni; donc il ne faut surtout pas aller faire un scénario qui va forcer le refresh chaque 5/10 minute!

donc c’est pas vraiment le sujet de ce post et de toute façon je n’ai rien compris à cette phrase :exploding_head:

  • merci de ne plus fournir les logs en fichier mais bien de copier/coller le contenu dans un bloc Texte préformaté avec l’outil </>
  • merci de limiter les caractères de ponctuation à 1, je trouve cela assez agressif.

Je suis vraiment désolé voire mille excuses pour les caractères de ponctuations repétitifs ,l’agressivité ressentie ou pas d’ailleurs chez moi n’est vraiment pas de mise.
Ces caractères répétifis sont plutôt pour montrer mon incompréhension totale voire mon ignorance sur le fonctionnement des plugins .Mon but premier c’est avant tout de poser des questions (pertinentes ou pas) qui peuvent servir à l’ensemble de la communauté (aguéri ou pas) .Loin de moi je le répète d’etre agréssif ou méprisant !

Pour faire simple le but ultime de mes questions ,j’aurai du commencer par cela :worried: c’était de « surveiller l’état " du robot via un scénario par les commandes infos du réseau wifi ( niveau Rssi => passage de 0 à X dbm, connectivité =>on_line ou off_line) et celle du statut ( sur base ou « inconnue » ),lorsqe ce robot est en service ,en hivernage ,en panne ou… » emprunter" .
Malheureusement au vue de vos réponse ,de mes observations et du comportement du cloud via l’application constructeur il me parait dificile de realiser cela en temps réel ( 1 à 2 mn)

Les codes de statut n’aide pas? à priori dès que la tondeuse a un problème (soulevée, coincée, hors limite…) c’est signalé.
Et c’est quoi le problème avec le rssi? pcq celui là remonte constamment chez moi

Comme je l’indiquais mais fort mal expliqué je dois le dire , lorsque mon robot WR165E est en mode arrêt (mode Hivernage par exemple), les valeurs « rssi » et du" statut" ne changent pas ,sur le plug in ni avec la commande action « rafraichir » ,ni par la resynchronisation .
Seule la valeur de la connectivité « en ligne » change passe de 1 à 0 …mais uniquement par la resynchronisation .

Maintenant je ne sais pas quelles valeurs ,si valeurs différentes il ya , sont remontées du cloud pour le Rssi (j’ai vu, sauf erreur de ma part, une valeur 0 passée dans le plugin ) et le statut ,dans cette configuration du robot .

ah oui ca c’est sur qu’il n’y a aucune mise à jour si le robot est éteint.

mais en meme temps, on n’éteint et allume le robot qu’une seule fois par saison non? donc devoir attendre 30min ou faire un refresh manuelle au début de la saison, à la fin de l’hivernage, me parait pas un problème
perso je passe pas mon temps à l’éteindre et le rallumer tous les jours.

dans quelle configuration? lorsqu’il est éteint? je n’en sais rien mais ca n’est pas relevant, on peut compter sur le fait que toutes les valeurs sont fausses… et alors? on s’en fiche un peu que ca soit faux lorsque le robot est coupé, pas besoin de surveiller l’état pendant l’hiver.

Oui certes …mais c’est plus ennuyeux quand vous etes en déplacement sur plusieurs jours ou semaines , sans PC, de ne pas connaitre l’état réel de fonctionnement de son robot sur votre mobile lorsque vous avez par exemple un vol ou une panne de celui ci (connexion wifi coupée ou alimentation electronique défectueuse ).

Bref une fois que l’on connait les limites du cloud et les réponses précises du developpeur(un grand merci à vous ) ,il est plus facile de mettre une solution alternative en place .

ok, bref, que puis-je faire encore alors? je suis perdu :upside_down_face:

Faire une commande info virtuelle dans le plugin par exemple …une non détection de réponse du robot au niveau de la trame de communication (top synchro horaire) ? :worried: facile à dire mais trés certainement impossible à faire :cold_sweat:

Pour la solution alternative je pensais surtout à moi (traceur GPS zibbee ou wifi )

hum, faudrait faire des tests pour voir ce qu’il se passe quand le robot est éteint et voir si je sais facilement détecter ca
si tu as des logs à ce moment je prend, ca m’évitera de devoir tester moi-même

Malheureusement je n’ai pas de dialogue du plugin avec le Cloud constructeur (aucune ligne sur le log worklandroids et le log workslandroids_daemon depuis l’arret du robot à 17h12 soit plus de 15 mn maintenant ! Silence total …

il faudrait peut etre jouer avec l’horodatage …pas de communication depuis 15mn équivaut à un robot en panne ,disparu ou en hivernage (commande virtuelle par défaut ).
15mn c’est long mais c’est mieux que pas d’information du tout
