Chauffage actif, alors que consigne thermostat à 0

Je rencontre souvent des soucis avec le plug in thermostat.

Le dernier en date de ce matin : le chauffage reste allumé, alors que la consigne est bien inférieur à la T° de la pièce.

Pour couper le chauffage, j’ai du passer le thermostat en mode Confort, puis en mode Stop, et là les deux radiateurs se sont coupés instantanément.

J’ai paramétré un cron de répétition toutes les 5 minutes.
J’utilise des modules Zwave pour piloter les deux radiateurs.

Ayant affiché la tuile pour les modules Zwave, je les voyait bien à une consigne de « 255 » alors que le thermostat était sur 0%
Après un mode confort / mode off, la tuile du module Zwave indiquait bien « 0 »

Heureusement que j’ai bridé les radiateurs à 22°C, et heureusement que je me suis aperçu d’une consommation anormale, sinon ils auraient chauffés à fond jusqu’à mon retour ce soir…

Je ne vois pas d’erreur dans le log du thermostat. C’est très certainement votre module qui ne se coupe pas, malgré qu’il reçoit l’ordre : stop

Si votre module possède un retour d’état fiable, regardez l’historique de celui ci.

Je vais regarder si je vois quelquechose du côté des modules Zwave, mais je suis dubitatif, ce thermostat contrôle deux radiateurs, via deux modules Zwave, et les deux chauffages étaient allumé malgré la consigne du thermostat à 0.

Et comme par hasard quand je passe le thermostat en mode confort, puis sur off, là les deux modules se coupent instantanément. Alors que le thermostat est sensé avoir envoyé les commandes « stop » pendant toute la matinée.

Comment je pourrai faire pour être sur que le thermostat à réellement envoyé l’ordre de mettre à off les deux modules ? Est-ce qu’il y a un autre log que je pourrai regarder ?

Il m’arrivait que ses modules répondaient mal lorsqu’on les sollicitait un peu trop, ça pouvait tourner en boucle sur une commande et bloquer le module. Moi j’ai réduis les interrogations ON/OFF seulement si l’état précédent n’est pas le même. Depuis je n’ai plus rencontré le problème.

Bonjour, je rencontre les mêmes soucis. Globalement, les radiateurs sont en marche quand ils devraient être éteints et la consommation s’envole là où l’objectif est d’optimiser confort vs consommation.
J’ai des modules fil pilote Qubino.
Que voulez-vous dire par « réduire les interrogations ON/OFF » ? je ne comprends pas

Ne pas lancer la commande si son état est déjà dans l’état désiré. Dans le fonctionnement du thermostat, si tu mets la commande pour chauffer, suivant la valeur de ton cron de répétition, il peut y avoir pas mal de commande ON envoyé au radiateur. Certes c’est une sécurité pour avoir toujours l’état désiré mais dans le cas des Qubino, ça avait crée chez moi des saturations du module et du réseau inutilement.

il y a plusieurs sujets sur le forum de personnes qui semblent avoir des problèmes avec le cron de repetition.

Essayez de ne pas le mettre, normalement on en a pas besoin

Et puis, pour du chauffage on est censé avoir de l’inertie, pas besoin de vérifier chaque minute,
plutôt ne pas faire des temps de cycle trop courts,

Sinon vous avez un autre moyen de faire: un scenario à part, à executer en récurent (toutes les 10’ ?) qui vérifie la cohérence:

As tu toujours ce problème?..
J’ai eu ce soucis sur 7 tètes thermostatiques piloté par un thermostat.
=> je suis passé en Hystérésis avec dans les paramètres avancé 0.5 ou 1 en fonction du confort souhaité (0.5 dans le salon et 1 dans le couloir)
conclusion => tout est ok !

De mon point de vue, en temporel, tu appliques un algo sur un algo. Car ta tête thermostatique a aussi un algo. Donc parfois tu vas te retrouver en chauffe avec une vanne ouverte à 20/25% alors que la consigne est dépassé.
Et le plugin va mettre une chauffe à 32% de puissance (qu’il aura calculé) sur son visuel mais n’a pas les fonctions pour l’appliquer à l’ouverture de la vanne…qui elle sera géré par l’algo de la tête et donc pourra être à 100% ou à 3%…
Bref beaucoup d’'écart de confort et de consommation à l’arrivé

Je co firme ce que propose @hlehoux : j’ai un scénario « watchdog » qui tourne régulièrement pour vérifier la cohérence entre le statut du thermostat et le statut du module associé. A la base c’était surtout pour quand jeedom redémarre (mes modules perdent leur état précédent e the thermostat ne relance pas l’ordre) mais j’aperçois de temps en temps un forçage du module car l’ordre du thermostat n’a pas suivi.

Pour info, j’ai eu le même soucis récemment avec un thermostat qui pilote 3 radiateurs différents (et donc x3 micromodules Qubino dans les pots élec des murs), mais dans des circonstances différentes.

J’ai fait des travaux d’électivité dans mon tableau, et j’ai du coupé le jus à x3 reprises pendant 20-30 minutes, Jeedom étant sur onduleur (capacité 60min) donc non impactés directement, avec continuité des services essentiels.

Au réveil des micromodules, les x3 qui étaient reliés au thermostat « cuisine » (pourtant sur des lignes différentes au tableau) étaient restés bloqués sur chauffe.

J’ai essayé via le thermostat de chager les choses = hors gel, eco, OFF, puis re-consigne, rien à faire.
→ Ce qui a résolu le problème a été de cliquer sur le widget du micromodule en direct dans le dashboard (en bypassant le thermostat donc), d’abord sur éteindre, puis avec un consigne lambda, et ensuite le thermostat a de nouveau joué son rôle…

Que fais-tu en bout de chaine si une incohérence est détectée, tu « force » le mode sur le micromodule ?

Ouep: si le thermostat demande la chauffe mais que le radiateur est éteint je le force. Et inversement.

Ce bloc répété pour autant de thermosat/radiateur.

C’est sûrement pas beau mais ça marche . D’ailleurs maintenant que je revois cette première ligne je me dis que j’aurais plutôt dû faire "SI #[Salon][Thermostat salon][Actif]# != #[Salon][Chauffage salon][state]# " tout simplement.
Et y a ptet une optimisation à faire avec les types génériques mais je maîtrise pas encore.
