Avec le capteur de sommeil, l’appli Withings permet de consulter chaque matin le temps de sommeil total.
Celui ci est en ensuite décomposé en 4 phases : réveillé, sommeil léger, sommeil profond et sommeil paradoxal .
Dans le plugin-withings, seuls les 3 premiers (durée du reveil, sommeil profond & leger) sont remontés. Il manque le temps de sommeil paradoxal pour calculer la durée totale de sommeil.
Est-il possible d’ajouter la durée du sommeil paradoxal (ou REM) dans le plugin ?
L’idée étant de pouvoir reconstituer la durée totale de sommeil (et/ou au lit) en cumulant les différentes durées : Leger+Profond+Paradoxal = durée totale Sommeil + Réveillé = Durée au Lit
