Bonjour. Je m’excuse d’avance pour mon français. Je suis un peu désespéré.
J’ai une Box Jeedom Smart.
Tout d’abord, j’ai toujours eu un problème: il fait très chaud, et quand il redémarre à partir d’un logiciel, il ne démarre pas. Je dois le débrancher et le brancher plusieurs fois jusqu’à ce qu’il fonctionne. J’ai remarqué que si j’attends qu’il refroidisse avant de le rebrancher, il a tendance à démarrer la première fois (parfois cela prend plusieurs essais). J’aimerais une solution, car si mon courant est coupé, quand le courant revient, Jeedom ne me met pas en marche.
Deuxièmement, j’ai migré de la version 3 à la version 4, avec une clé USB de 8 Go, et tout s’est bien passé. Le problème est apparu lorsque j’ai mis à jour la version Linux (comme recommandé). A l’étape 4 (étape 4), il est bloqué. Cela fait des heures que la barre de progression a atteint 165%, jusqu’à ce que le pourcentage ait disparu et que la barre de progression soit complètement remplie de bleu à l’infini. Désormais, la box Jeedom ne démarre plus. J’essaie de le démarrer depuis plusieurs jours (en le laissant refroidir et en le rebranchant), et cela ne fonctionne pas. Qu’est-ce que je peux faire? Je ne suis pas un expert. des instructions détaillées seraient bienvenues.
J’ai essayé une récupération, en restaurant les valeurs d’usine, en mettant une clé avec le fichier backupJeedom.tar.gz qui est là-bas, en suivant les instructions là-bas. Rien ne semble se produire (pas de signal HDMI à l’écran, ne s’affiche pas sur mon réseau).
Je souhaite une solution détaillée. Je ne comprends pas grand-chose, mais peut-il s’agir d’une installation propre de Debian (la nouvelle qu’ils recommandent), puis de la version 4, puis de restaurer ma sauvegarde? D’où je l’obtiens? Comme je le fais?

- Je connecte un HDMI à l’écran et il ne reçoit pas de signal. Tout en noir.
- Quand je le laisse branché, il devient un peu chaud (presque rien) et la lumière bleue interne est allumée et fixe.
- Fichier install.log joint que vous avez généré à l’étape 4 lors de la tentative de mise à niveau vers la V4. (Cela ne me permettra pas de joindre parce que je suis un nouvel utilisateur, donc je copie et colle le contenu ici):
