Besoin d'explication sur Défaillance chauffage

Bonjour,

Je domotise mon système de chauffage (pompe à chaleur attaqué en WIFI par le plugin Intesis) avec le plugin Thermostat. Ca fonctionne globalement très très bien.
Par contre, le plugin me remonte parfois des erreurs « Défaillance chauffage » et je n’arrive pas à comprendre pourquoi.

Par exemple ce matin, mon chauffage doit se déclencher avec la fonction Smart start pour arriver à la consigne pour 6h45. Après mon réveil à 6h20, je me rends compte que le chauffage n’est pas en fonctionnement (on s’en rend compte rapidement dans la salle de bain :sweat_smile:)

On voit sur ces graphes que mon chauffage est censé être en fonctionnement de 5h et on voit bien que la courbe de température ne monte pas (normal, mon chauffage ne s’est pas déclenché malgré la consigne envoyée par Jeedom). Vers 6h22 (marque rouge), j’ai essayé de réactivé via Jeedom (changement de mode) mais rien y a fait, j’ai du l’activer manuellement sur la commande murale du salon.

Bref, avez-vous des idées sur pourquoi le plugin a détecté une défaillance chauffage? Sur quoi se base-t-il pour faire cette détection? Qu’est-ce que je peux monitorer pour avoir plus d’infos?

Bonjour,

Si on lit la doc, la défaillance chauffage peut provenir des sondes de températures qui remontent la température pour la pièce à chauffer.

Donc une trop grande différence entre la température demandée et celle remontée.
Cela se paramètre dans le thermostat via l’onglet avancée et la zone marge de défaillance…
Mais aussi sur les sondes qui doivent avoir un mode de répétition sur toujours car sinon en cas de même température, elles ne renvoient pas la valeur et donc le thermostat n’est pas informé et tombe en échec.

Perso je dis cela après avoir lu la doc, car je n’ai pas encore domotisé mon chauffage…

Bonjour,

Il a détecté une défaillance car il demande une chauffe et la t° baisse (18°4 au début de la chauffe,18°1 lorsqu’il remonte une défaillance)

Sur ta consigne il n’y a pas une erreur : 20,8 au lieu de 20.8

Apparemment c’est erreur apparait après l’infos « plugin agenda détecté »

Merci pour les infos. Pour la répétition de la sonde, j’ai en effet eu l’info il y a peu et j’ai déjà corrigé ça. ça diminuera peut être ma fréquence de défaillance chauffage.

en effet, je comprend que si le plugin lance une commande de chauffe mais que la température baisse ce n’est pas normal. Par contre il me reste à comprendre (si ça se reproduit) pourquoi mon chauffage ne s’est pas allumé suite à la consigne du plugin.
