Alarm status not correctly updated

Hello,
I am using the Ajax Plugin, the best connection to the Ajax ecosystem out there…
But, I am running in a really annoying issue. My system has two groups : « Main » and « Outdoor ». These groups can be armed / disarmed separatly.

Via the plugin, the main group is not listed. I Only have « Home », my HUB2 plus and « Outdoor » the second group.

So I can’t get the information about the « Main » status. the « Home » (HUB) shows « ARMED » even when only « Outdoor » is armed.

On the Ajax app everything is OK, I can arm the groups independently and their respective statuses are well displayed.

Hi,

I have also 2 groups and they appear correctly in Jeedom

If I set outdoor group armed, the state of the group is armed as the hub is also in Jeedom

Set the plugin log level as debug and resynchronize equipments. Then publish your log here

Bonjour,

Vous êtes localisé en France. Pour quelle raison vous exprimez vous en anglais? D’autant plus que certains éléments tentent à indiquer que vous êtes francophone.

Sinon pas de fichier sur un service externe (que ca soit log ou image);
Copiez vos logs dans un bloc Texte préformaté; pas besoin de fichier du tout.

Bonjour, désolé si j’ai utilisé l’anglais. C’est pour moi le plus naturel et le plus respectueux quand je poste sur un forum international, d’autant plus que je suis allemand, même si effectivement résident en France.
Je vais faire comme proposé, et glisser le log dans un bloc de texte préformaté.

J'ai supprimé des lignes ici car le log était trop gros (>32000 chars)

Sur la centrale Ajax que je veux connecter à Jeedom, « Domicile Kurz-VDH » il y a deux groupes « Maison » et « Renault Master ». Seul le second groupe est visible sous Jeedom.

Si vous préférez continuer en anglais parce que c’est plus facile pour vous, aucun problème.
Si vous êtes aussi à l’aise en français qu’en anglais alors cela profitera à plus d’utilisateurs.

The fact is that more than 99% of the post here are in french. Posts in english are usualy written by people located in asia and are spams.
So when, as a newcomer, you invite people, in english, to download a file via a google drive share, which is a known vector of attacks, the situation looks really suspicious (nothing personal, it is the pattern ); hence my intervention.

Hello, dans ton log je vois deux groupes:
« Maison »
« Renault Master »

Donc tu devrais avoir deux équipements comme çà :

Bonjour,

C’est exactement ce que je voudrais avoir, mais je n’ai pas le goupe « Maison », uniquement le groupe « Renault Master » est présent.

Par contre je crois que j’ai plus de problèmes que cela… J’ai créé un troisième groupe « Essai ». Quand je clique sur Synchroniser mes équipements, je le retrouve bien dans le log, mais il n’est pas listé non plus dans les équipements.

J’ai essayé de renommer un capteur d’ouverture dans l’application Ajax. Lors de la synchronisation des équipement, dans le log, je vois bien le nouveau nom, mais dans les équipements sous Jeedom, le nom n’est pas mis à jour. Il n’y a pas non plus de nouvel équipement avec le nouveau nom.

Je pense à supprimer les données en désinstallant le plugin et recommençant une installation neuve du plugin… Qu’en pensez-vous ?

Bon, J’ai supprimé et ré-installé le plugin Ajax. Ca a changé tous mes ID’s mais bon pas très grave.
Par contre… Cela n’a rien changé… Sur les trois groupes je n’ai toujours que le groupe « Renault Master » qui est présents dans les équipements. Alors même qu’on le voit clairement dans le log lors de la synchronisation des équipements :
