Je ne parviens pas à faire communiquer mon Hub AJAX avec le plugin.
J’ai testé plusieurs combinaisons sans succès.

Peux-tu m’envoyer en MP des captures d’écran de ton applicaton Ajax sur la configuration du centre de télésurveillance ?

Si modèle Ajax, autant sélectionner « Ajax Systems » dans la page de configuration du plugin :wink:

Merci pour ta réponse, malheureusement, même apprès avoir activé le paramètre « connectez vous sur demande », j’ai toujours des erreurs dans le log et l’équipement ne se créé pas.

C’est déjà beaucoup mieux car le mot clé NULL n’est plus dans la trame :wink:
Par contre, je vois que tu as sélectionné le modèle générique dans la configuration du plugin.

Peux-tu sélectionner « Ajax Systems », relancer le daemon et m’envoyer les logs ?

J’ai avancé et enfin réussi à faire communiquer, le problème venait du site, j’ai remplacé GUYN par 001 et la communication s’établit correctement.
Par contre voici les informations remontées, cela te semble t’il correcte ?
A quoi correspond le code « RP » et utilisateur 0 ?

1/ Je vais revoir l’expression régulière pour une alarme de type Ajax car j’avais limité pour le numéro de compte les lettres de A à F et les chiffres de 1 à 9… ce qui n’est pas ce qui est écrit dans la norme !

2/ RP correspond à la trame envoyée chaque x minutes (tu l’as configuré dans l’application officielle) pour indiquer que ton alarme communique bien avec Jeedom
Dans ce cas précis, il n’y a pas d’utilisateur (0) car c’est le hub qui envoie cette trame
