Il manque la page santé de.votre jeedom.
Pour les logs:
On gagne en lisibilité et ainsi ils ne sont pas tronqués.
Auriez-vous rebooté depuis la mise à jour?
Si oui, tester de restaurer les droits.

Je ne suis pas très habile avec Jeedom ATLAS et l’informatique en général.
Windows a été réinitialisé sur mon PC
J’ai fait toutes les vérifications système dans OS/DB

Compte tenu du message je suggère déjà de faire :
Réglages / Système / Configuration / _OS/DB → « Rétablissement des droits des dossiers et fichiers » :
Ca peut pas faire de mal et au mieux ca corrige le problème de droits 
Edit : Ooops vous avez déjà fait la manip… Désolé
