I need to share a problem I am experiencing with an installation.
I have 30 devices using Luna, and some of them, specifically the « Qbino QNSW-002P16 - Wave 2PM, » only connect intermittently. This can happen at 3 AM, 2 PM, or any other time, without any discernible pattern. Sometimes, one device connects, other times another.
Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on?

After a lot of effort, I finally figured out the reason for the Qubino Selly failure. The module’s firmware version “10.27” has that issue. Selly’s technical support said it can be fixed by updating to version 13.0. The problem now is that some nodes end up dead. Selly’s tech support spoke with Jeedom about this issue and others, like the fact that the firmware needs to be renamed to .BIN. Does anyone have any more news about this?

You can perform the FW update directly under zwavesjui. There is a button on the Zwavejs plugin (Zwave network > Actions) to access to zwavejsui.
Or you can modify a file to be able to use .gbl :
