[RESOLU] Problème envoi commande OpenZwave / Z-Stick Gen5

Hello tout le monde,

Je m’en remets à votre expérience concernant un problème latent que j’ai sur mon installation depuis quelques temps mais que je n’avais pas reussi a reproduire de manière systématique et maintenant c’est possible :slight_smile:
En résumé j’ai 47 modules zwave chez moi et j’ai deja remarqué que des commandes ne s’executaient pas correctement, je m’explique. J’ai plusieurs scénarios, et de temps à autre j’ai des comportements « bizarre » du genre la lampe ne s’éteint pas alors que je suis bien dans la boucle en question (notification Appli téléphone).

Hier je me suis fait violence et j’ai fait un scénario que éteint toutes les lamps de mon rez de chaussée et bingo… si j’allume tout puis que je lance le scénario, l’exécution deja mets presque 30sec pour l’extinction mais surtout j’ai au moins une lampe qui reste allumée…

La question est donc la suivante: comment peut on optimiser cela et être sur du résultat des scénarios?!

j’utilise depuis très longtemps le ZWAVE et depuis le début JEEDOM.
Je suis également confronté à ce problème, va voir dans le log OpenZwaved, tu vas t’apercevoir que tu as des « dropping command » et d’autres erreurs " ERROR: ZW_SEND_DATA" qui font que les ordres n’arrivent pas aux modules
exemple ci-dessous : C’est un problème connu qui touche toutes les plateformes zwave.

Je n’arrive pas à résoudre ce problème alors que j’ai un réseau très bien maillé avec un maximum de modules sur secteur.
Pour l’instant j’utilise une solution de contournement : j’ai des scénarios qui contrôlent si les ordres ont bien été exécutés, et se désactive si c’est le cas. Mais c’est très lourd à gérer
Voici le maillage de mon réseau, on peut voir qu’il est très bien maillé !

Autre chose : si tu passes beaucoup d’ordre à la fois, va voir la queue ZWAVE, tu verras qu’elle sature au-delà de cinq ordres, elle passe en jaune et ensuite en rouge au delà de 10, de mémoire.

La, je suis en train de diminuer le nombre des scénarios qui sont déclenchés par des détecteurs car parfois j’ai des pointes jusqu’à 70 ordres qui sont dans la queue !, mais qui disparaissent très vite.
Cependant, cela amène une certaine latence et donc plusieurs secondes pour qu’une lampe s’éteigne ou s’allume parfois même jusqu’à une minute…
de mon expérience le ZWAVE est bon pour quelques modules qu’on sollicite parfois.
Au-delà la queue de la clé sature très vite
Quand il y a du monde chez moi, le zwave sature vite, j’ai 80 modules
Pourtant je suis en V4 sous proxmox i7 avec un bench a 0,75…

Salut,

Il faudrait que tu partages les logs zwave en debug et éventuellement la santé et le maillage zwave pour voir si ça ne vient pas de la qualité du réseau.

Sinon tu peux checker l’état 1 minute après dans tes scénarios et exécuter à nouveau la commande si ko…

Il semble que ton maillage réseau zwave soit un peu à la peine.

As-tu des modules pour augmenter et améliorer la qualité de ton zwave (aeotec range extender par exemple) ? Perso je chercherais déjà à améliorer la qualité du maillage zwave plutôt que de doubler les commandes dans les scénarios tout en ayant pas mal d’erreur dans les logs…

Je ne pourrais pas faire beaucoup mieux car je suis dans un duplex récent avec dalle Ecolux (beton armé préfabriqué) entre les étages… Grossso modo, le controleur voit très bien le rez de chaussée (la ou j’ai les problèmes), pour l’étage il y a des route avec saut car le contrôleur n’arrive pas voir les modules en direct.
Meme si je rajoute des extender (il y a quand même 47 modules qui font relais…) je doute que ca aille mieux.

Hier je me suis pris la tête et j’ai desactivé les 4 modules que j’avais inclu en mode sécurisé. Je n’ai plus que du non sécurisé et j’ai l’impression que les temps de réponses sont un petit peu meilleurs…

Y a t il moyen de tuner les queues? j’ai vu que lorsque j’ai des lenteurs j’ai un process python qui est a 100% CPU et bien sûr c’est openzwave…

@tekman54190 je suis dans la même configuration que toi en appartement duplex avec une dalle de béton et moi aussi j’ai plein d’erreurs ZW_SEND_DATA cf ce post.

J’ai ajouté 3 Range Extender Aeotec a l’etage et je confirme que ca n’a rien réglé.
La plupart de mes modules sont sécurisés y compris les relais Aeotec.

As tu remarqué une diminution des erreurs dans les logs depuis que tu es repassé en non-sécurisé?

Alors oui j’ai moins d’erreurs et surtout j’ai un temps de réponse plus rapide…

Hello,

Alors ca va un petit peu mieux. Par contre je viens de mieux identifier le soucis…
les commandes s’exécutent bien, mais lorsque je fais des tests c’est à dire « si lampe allumé alors extinction » et que je fais ca sur toutes les lampes, j’en ai certaines qui passent le test, la commande d’extinction part mais la lampe ne s’éteint pas (alors que le status dans le dashboard est bien éteint…

Donc pour résumer, on ne peut pas se fier au status des objets non plus… et la par contre je suis ultra déçu… j’ai investit pas mal d’argent pour un protocole avec un retour d’état et au final le retour d’état est pas fiable…

Quelqu’un a-t-il une idée s’il vous plait??

C’est le troisième fil que je lis avec des problèmes de zwave en ce début d’année. Comme déjà expliqué sur un autre fil, le problème ne vient pas du zwave en lui même mais de jeedom ou du plugin puisqu’en migrant mon réseau zwave vers home assistant, je n’ai plus aucun souci et mon réseau est stable depuis trois jours.

Bonjour,

Je rebondis aussi sur ce fil car depuis quelques jours j’ai également des problèmes avec mon Zwave et donc… mes chauffages :frowning:.

Je suis sur RPI3 avec Jeedom, j’ai 2 qubino pilote sur 2 radiateurs, mon réseau est petit mais tout est au vert (santé, route directe etc…)

Tout a plutot bien fonctionné en Décembre et Janvier et là, depuis 1 semaine, j’ai mes chauffages qui ne s’allument plus ou ne s’éteignent plus car le contrôleur ne suit plus (error dropping command etc…)

A part les mises à jour de la semaine dernière, je n’ai rien changé d’autre…
J’étais content de la fiabilité et je commençais à réfléchir pour piloter la filtration de ma piscine voire plein d’autres choses mais là, ca me bloque un peu (ca m’énerve un peu aussi et me fait perdre beaucoup de temps comme tout le monde :slight_smile:)

Déterrer un sujet pour écrire un message sans aucune information autre que ça ne marche plus bien j’ai du mal à comprendre l’intérêt… Pour ma part et comme pour des centaines (milliers ?!) d’utilisateurs du zwave sous Jeedom je suis plus que satisfait d’avoir investi dans ce protocole.

Si tu rencontres un problème sur ton installation Zwave, je t’invite à créer un sujet en donnant le maximum d’informations (logs, copies d’écrans, matériels, etc).

Edit: Je te vois en train de répondre mais y’a rien à répondre ici. Si tu as un problème sur ton installation tu crées un sujet relatif à ton problème stp. Rien que dans un souci de lisibilité

Déterrer le sujet pour dire qu’il n’est pas du tout résolu.
J’apporte des infos en disant comment est mon réseau (statut, nombre de modules, santé etc…)
Je peux éventuellement aider à résoudre/comprendre le problème en donnant des indications de dates (tout était ok chez moi jusqu’à il y a une semaine) donc cela peut aider à comprendre si cela vient d’une MaJ Jeedom par ex…

Si tu veux, je peux également mettre des logs et capture d’écran mais je vais remettre la même chose que tout ce qui a été dit (oui j’ai tout lu) donc je n’ai pas jugé utile de les (re)mettre.

Enfin, je suis très satisfait du protocole mais je me permets de remettre un peu en cause sa fiablilité surtout quand ca gère des chauffages, filtration piscine etc…

Edit: tu veux vraiment que je recréé un nouveau sujet avec le meme titre ??

Je vois pas à quel moment j’ai parlé du même titre…

Le truc c’est que centré sur soi-même on en oublie qu’il y a des centaines/milliers de personnes chez qui ça fonctionne très bien !!! Le jour ou une mise à jour Jeedom ou plugin zwave aura un impact sur le fonctionnement du protocole on sera vite au courant vu le nombre d’utilisateurs zwave ne t’inquiètes pas pour ça…

Histoire d’enfoncer le clou, le plugin n’a pas été mis à jour depuis plusieurs mois. S’il y a eu une mise à jour du plugin récemment c’est lié au nouvel outil de traduction.

Personnellement, j’ai juste tout passé en non sécurisé & je n’ai plus aucun pb de radiateur depuis.
En sécurisé, j’avais exactement les mêmes problèmes que toi.
