Tout d’abord merci à Sigalou pour le développement de ce plugin et de Alexa-SmartHome qui permet de bien s’amuser avec les scénarios dans Jeedom. Merci également à la communauté pour les précieuses informations distillées dans ce forum.
Afin de ne pas rallonger inutilement votre lecture, ma configuration matérielle est disponible dans mon profil pour ceux qui le désirent mais pour faire court je suis sous debian 10 (buster) sur une SMART avec une eMMC de 128Go, Jeedom 4.1.25 et plugin alexa-api 2021-09-03 09:03:06
Je remarque depuis quelques jours que malgré le statut OK dans Santé, l’historique qui se met correctement à jour dans l’onglet historique avec les commandes vocales sur tous les appareils, le daemon OK, les informations de mes appareils Alexa ne remontent plus sur le Dashboard, cela inclus le Dernier dialogue avec Alexa, le volume, les éventuels alarmes et minuteurs.
Je peux toujours envoyer des commandes de volume ou faire parler Alexa mais si je refresh le dashboard la nouvelle valeur de volume n’est pas prise en compte.
Mon premier reflexe a été de m’abreuver du savoir de ce forum pour lire les posts en relation avec mon problème et j’ai donc entrepris diverses actions pour tenter de remédier au problème :

Régénération du cookie Alexa

Relancer le daemon

Réinstaller les dépendances

Réparer NodeJS

Restauration de Jeedom sur une Sauvegarde d’il y a deux jours : fausse joie mes détecteurs de mouvement sur les Echo Flex (gérés par le plugin Alexa-SmartHome) se remettent à jour sur le dashboard sans faire F5 mais toujours pas les widgets des équipements Alexa du plugin Alexa-api

Comme suggéré dans un autre post, j’ai vérifié que dans l’application Alexa de mon téléphone, la case « Aider à améliorer Alexa » était bien cochée. J’ai installé l’application sur le téléphone d’un proche avec mon compte il y a quelques jours, il faudra que je vérifie que la case y est cochée pour écarter cette possibilité.

En désespoir de cause j’ai supprimé un de mes équipements qui n’avait pas beaucoup de scénarios après avoir tenté de reconfigurer les commandes par défaut sans succès. Après avoir refait un scan et rajouté le nouvel équipement à la liste, l’historique est bien présent dans l’onglet mais toujours rien sur le dashboard quand je parle à Alexa, pour le volume et les minuteurs pas d’amélioration non plus.
Voilà j’espère avoir été assez clair. Il me reste encore la solution radicale de supprimer les plugin alexa-api et alexa-SmartHome pour repartir sur du propre ou encore pire de réinstaller Jeedom mais j’espère pour ma santé mentale ne pas avoir à refaire tous mes scénarios juste pour avoir l’affichage sur le dashboard. Ce qui est étrange c’est que l’historique est bien remonté et que dans les logs je ne vois rien qui cloche.
