Raspberry plante et disque dur ne s'allume pas a l'allumage du Raspberry

Bonjour à tous,
Depuis quelques jours Jeedom cesse de fonctionner au bout de quelques heures, enfin la totalité du raspberry est hors ligne même en SSH. J’éteint le Raspebbry et le rallume mais lorsque je le rallume le disque SSD lui ne s’allume pas, je suis obligé de le débrancher puis rebrancher pour qu’il 'allume, et chose pas pratique il faut le faire pile au bon moment sinon le raspberry ne detecte pas les fichier de boot et ne s’allume pas.
Disque Dur SanDisk SSD Plus SATA III 120go mis en place en Juin 2020 à la suite du décès d’une carte micro SD elle même en place depuis 2017.

Je vais profiter de cette panne pour installer la nouvelle version de Raspberry Pi OS demandé par Homebridge mais je soupçonne un problème materiel que je n’arrive pas à déterminer.

Le raspberry est alimenter par une alimentation rail DIN Mean Well DR-60-5 de 6,5A.

Je suis le seul a avoir ce genre de probleme ? qu’est ce qui peut faire que le disque dur pourtant branché en USB ne s’allume pas en même temps que le raspberry ?

Le dysfonctionnement de Jeedom est la résultante de la non disponibilité du système.

On est plus proche d’un souci hardware que logiciel. Sur une telle infrastructure instable, je ne vois pas comment un service web (apache2/jeedom) pourrait l’être ou en quoi elle pourra l’améliorer.

Je me pencherais vers l’état du disque dur:

je ne sais pas si la commande est disponible sur ton OS, mais tu peux tenter un
smartctl --all /dev/sda
(en remplacant /dev/sda par le nom du disque dur)

Ou un port usb sous alimenté.
Car en fonction des raspi, la puissance délivrée sur les ports usb n’est pas la même et qu’en fonction des besoins du disque on arrive en limite de la puissance dévlivrée sauf à passer via un hub usb auto alimenté.

Je ne suis pas expert SMART néanmoins cette ligne me parait suspecte:

D’une parce qu’elle est en Pre-fail, et de deux, parce la value (100) est à la limite « Worst »

Tu peux jeter un œil à cette page Diagnostic smart d'un disque — Linux Server Wiki pour éventuellement faire un self-test plus poussé (long ou convenance)

Dans tous les cas, à la vue des symptômes, vérifie en premier lieu tes sauvegardes !

En fait rien d’inquiétant pour ta valeur Available_Reservd_Space.

Elle est de 100 %, et a toujours été à 100 % (worst value).
Le seuil pour s’inquiéter est 5 % donc ça va :blush:

Donc pour moi RAS. Je privilégierais la piste de l’alim qui fatigue.

J’étais passé à coté de cette réponse, je passe déja par un Hub USB auto alimenté car j’avais lu des problèmes à ce sujet.

Je pense également à la même chose, mais mon alim Mean Well DR-60-5 de 6,5A alimente 2 Raspberry celui avec Jeedom et un second avec Pi-Hole et lorsque Le raspberry avec Jeedom plante, celui avec Pi-Hole continue de fonctionner normalement.

Et l’alimentation du hub ne serait pas en pas cause du coup ?
Puisque c’est elle qui alimente le disque ?

Peut-etre oui, j’ai changé une chose qui était une erreur de câblage, l’alim du hub était sur le secteur, alors que l’alim des raspberry est sur onduleur donc peut etre qu’il y a eu une ou plusieurs micro-coupures (micro coupure car quand il y a une vrai coupure de courant mon alarme, mes caméras et mon poêle à granule m’avertissent et le four et micro ondes perdent l’heure).
Je sais que Le raspberry avec son alim arrive a alimenter le SSD sans le Hub j’ai déjà tester mais la perte même quelques micro secondes de courant dans l’alim du hub à peut etre destabiliser le SSD.

Apres ce qui reste étonnant c’est que quand j’allume le raspberry et l’alim du hub (qui sont sur le même switch), le SSD ne s’allume pas, obliger de le débrancher puis de le rebrancher. Le boitier du disque dur pourrait en être la cause ?

Oui le hub peut être en cause.

Le hub je suis moins sur que ce soit lui le problème car même quand je branche le disque SSD direct sur le Raspberry er que je l’allume, il reste éteint. Obligé de le débrancher puis de le rebrancher pour qu’il s’allume.

Donc ça sent quand même bien un souci coté ssd/boitier de celui-ci surtout si cela ne le faisait pas avant

C’est la premiere fois que ca le fait oui … je commencerais pas changer le boitier si le problème se reproduit car j’en ai d’autres, et autrement je passerais sur un SSD en mSATA avec boitier en USB 3.0 comme c’est maintenant recommandé car moins gourmand en energie.
