Problème pour remonter les informations des capteurs

Bonjour,

J’ai installé Jeedom en complément de HomeAssistant pour remonter les informations de mon alarme AJAX. Je rencontre des difficulter pour remonter les informations dans Jeedom.

Jeedom est installé sur une VM sur mon NAS Synology.
L’accès externe est actif via le reverse proxy Synology, certificat sur le NAS en 443 qui renvoie vers Jeedom en 80.
La connexion et la synchronisation des équipéments AJAX est fonctionnelle.
L’adresse externe est bien remontée sur le Market.
Toutes les mises à jour ont été faites et tout est vert dans la page de santé.

Et dans la log event, j’ai bien un des équipement qui à reçu une mise à jour, mais depuis plus rien :

Si quelqu’un a une idée sur ce qui pourrait bloquer la mise à jour des capteurs ?

C’est côté Ajax le soucis tu es pas le premier faut attendre et à un moment ça se débloque.

Merci pour la réponse rapide. Je vais attendre voir ce que cela donne.

Une fois que c’est débloqué chez Ajax, quel est la latence lors d’un changement d’état ?

Petite mise à jour :
Ne constatant pas d’amélioration, j’ai activé le SSL sur Jeedom pour un accès direct sans le reverse proxy. Ca fonctionne maintenant. Les capteurs se mettent à jour petit à petit.
Un capteur d’ouverture de fenêtre se met à jour instantanément.

Je ne sais pas si le problème est spécifique au reverse proxy Synology ou un problème de configuration. Je vais laisser comme cela pour le moment.

Si quelqu’un utilise le reverse proxy Synology avec Ajax, pour savoir si ça fonctionne ou pas.
