Je ne comprend pas tout, le log indique « activation du plugin », c’est pas ce que je pensais voir.
Vous faites quoi pour redémarrer le daemon ?

De plus, l’autre log que vous avez fourni, il y a des mélanges de date ?
16 h , puis 18 h , puis de nouveau 16 heures

Pour copier les journaux de log, il faut les mettre en pause avant.

Supprimez les logs de ce plugin (sauf celui de l’installation des dépendances)
Mettez les logs du plugin en mode debug.
Redémarrez le Daemon du plugin
Mettez en pause le log après 1 minute
Copier/coller le contenu du journal ici :

Sur cette capture, si le démon était démarré, on ne voit pas les infos de la clé donc celle choisie n’est pas correcte:

En SSH, saisissez la commande :
lsusb et coller le contenu du résultat ici.

Après un, peu de lecture ici, si la clé est directement connectée sur la Freebox, vous devez la voir sur ce port :
/dev/ttyAMA0

Redémarrez le Daemon après avoir faire cela et tester.

Etant novice dans le domaine, je complète mes connaissances à partir de vos indications et google. Sur le sujet qui me concerne, j’ai du en apprendre d’avantage sur la commande « lsusb ». Je sais maintenant que c’est utilitaire Linux qui permet de voir ce qui est branché sur les ports usb. En lançant cette commande en SSH « lsusb », voici la réponse : -bash : lsusb: command not found

S’il ne trouve pas la commande, cela peut vouloir dire que l’utilitaire n’est pas installé ? Quand pensez-vous ?

Il faut lancer cette commande dans la console SSD de votre machine virtuelle ou il y a un Debian qui tourne.
=> En principe, cette commande est incluse et doit être présente.

J’ai fait le même test sur une VM et j’ai le même cas que vous, en revanche, lsusb doit fonctionner.

Pour moi (vite fait j’avoue…) la clé n’est pas détecté.

Vous n’avez pas du mapper les ports USB de votre Freebox vers la VM.

Si vous avez un Raspberry Pi4, c’est largement plus judicieux de mettre Jeedom dessus !

Peut-on mapper le port USB de la freebox après sa configuration ou il est plus judicieux de reprendre l’installation de jeedom sur la free ?
J’ai essayé de mettre Jeedom sur mon raspberry mais je rencontre beaucoup de problème lorsque je souhaite figer l’adresse IP. Après quelques modifications dans le Raspberry, il démarre toujours en mode dégradé.

L’adresse IP se fige dans la box, via l’adresse mac.

Un pi4 c’est bien mieux, ne vous arrêtez pas à ce que vous ne savez pas faire, on vous aidera pour cela.

Qu’appelez vous mode dégradé ? Qu’avez vous installé dessus et comment.

Pour la Freebox, vous devez pouvoir mapper les ports a tout moment. Peut-être machine à l’arrêt.
