Problème de restauration après bug de ma box Atlas après la MAJ 4.6.1

Utilisation du core de Jeedom Backup/Restauration

Salut a tous,

Je n arrive pas a réaliser la restauration de ma sauvegarde aussi bien en SSH que via le mode rescue !

Je suspecte peut être le plugin ubiquiti qui pourrait déconner !

Serait il possible de désactiver des plugins via le modes rescue ?

LOL, avant hier lors sa maj cause des librairies ; je n ai pas pu le relancer et il resté NOK; alors je me suis dit que c est peut etre lui qui me pose probleme pour la restauration…

Il ne faut pas le prendre mal !

Je galère depuis ce matin juste pour avoir fait la maj 4.6.1 alors je ne veux rejeter la faute a personne mais si possible résoudre au plus vite mon problème

Bah un peu :wink: tout à l’heure c’était de la faute de la mise à jour et la de mon plugin :wink:

lol, il y a forcément une chose qui bloque la restauration !J ai essayé plusieurs sauvegarde et sa ne passe pas !Après pour la maj Jeedom; je n y suis pour rien si cela a buggé !J ai vérifier la page santé avec juste de plugin ubiquiti en NOK et j ai réaliser une sauvegarde juste avant !

Donc tu as repris une sauvegarde avant d’avoir le problème ubiquity… donc c’est pas forcément lui.

Mais au lieu de faire des suppositions, on pourrait se baser sur du concret ? Avec par exemple un log de restauration ?

oui j ai uniquement désactiver tous les plugins ?

EDIT: j ai essayé de déasativer tous les plugins je rentre bien dans ma box jeedom mais je n ai plus aucunes de mes configurations pour mon zigbee , jmqtt avec le broker…

Etant débutant ; je vais galérer a tout reconfigurer

tu as une idée pour désactiver certains plugins et eviter jmqtt, zigbeelinker

Comment ça ou tu l’avais installé ?
Ca se réactive depuis jeedom directement tu vas sur la gestion des plugins et tu cliques sur activer

je me suis fait aider d une personne du groupe pour l installation et l intégration des plugins mqtt et zigbee linker …

Quand j active les plugins zigbeelinker et jmqtt sa ne fonctionne plus !

@nebz donc ce n était pas ton plugin qui posait problème mais le plugin blue swim (blue connect) qui posait problème, plugin dont je n ai pourtant fait aucune maj mais bon ; les mystères de la domotique …

Et quand un problème n arrive jamais seul , impossible d installer mosquito qui était a la base bien installé !

Bon je remecie beaucoup Stéphane Bouthet de l’equipe YOUDOM qui m’a grandement aidé et réussi me dépanner !

J’ai réussi à retrouver tous mes équiepements Zigbee et une box qui fonctionne !
