Problème de commande des volets roulants

Bonjour.

Description de ma configuration :
Jeedom 4.0.49 installé sur RPI3B avec SSD.
Plugin Jeedore V 3.0
Plugin Homebridge : V 3.3.24
Passerelle TYDOM 1.0 de Delta Dore.
Actionneurs de VR TYXIA 5630 de Delta Dore.
Tout ces équipements sont sur le même LAN et correctement installés.
Avant de commander ces dispositifs via Jeedom j’ai vérifié que l’ensemble fonctionnait correctement avec l’application TYDOM : Tout fonctionnait correctement.

Description des symptômes :
Lorsque j’envoie une commande aux VR (depuis Homebridge sur le smartphone), le premier ordre ne s’exécute pas, bien que Homebridge m’indique que la commande s’est exécutée.
Dans les quelques dizaines de secondes qui suivent, si j’envoie à nouveau le même ordre, les actionneurs des VR exécutent la manoeuvre correctement.
Dans la foulée, les autres commandes sont exécutées elles aussi correctement si on n’attend pas trop longtemps.
Si j’attends qq dizaines de minutes (je n’ai pas exactement compté) alors à nouveau les actionneurs n’exécutent pas le premier ordre.
Mêmes symptômes si je commande les VR depuis l’interface Web.

J’ai donc effectué les vérifications suivantes :
J’ai vérifié que le daemon était configuré en « Local », sa santé est sur OK.
J’ai arrêté le daemon, puis j’ai attendu plusieurs dizaine de mn.
Je me suis ensuite connecté via l’application TYDOM.
Dans cette configuration les actionneurs de VR obéissent dès le premier ordre.
J’ai redémarré le daemon et le défaut est réapparu.
Connecté via l’application TYDOM et le daemon étant maintenant actif le dysfonctionnement est aussi perçu dans l’application de Delta Dore.
Les logs (en mode debug) ne me révèlent rien (pour mon petit cerveau).

Solution palliative :
Je commande les VR via le plugin Virtuel.
Dans la configuration avancée de chaque commande je répète l’ordre dans le champ <Action avant exécution de la commande>
Ainsi la commande est bien envoyée deux fois et la deuxième occurence produit son effet.
Pas très « clean » comme solution, mais je n’ai rien trouvé de mieux pour l’instant.

Si quelqu’un avait la gentillesse de me communiquer sa solution, je m’empresserai de la tester.

Hello,

Merci pour le détail de ta config’ et tes vérifications.
Pour essayer de te comprendre ton problème, est ce que tu arrives à piloter tes volets roulants avec des scenarios simples sans passer par homebridge.
Je souhaiterai savoir si c’est vraiment JeeDore le problème ou la communication entre les 2 plugins.

Même avec l’interface Web et sans utiliser de plugin Virtuel le pb persiste.
A plus forte raison avec un scénario.

ou depuis que tu possèdes le plugin ?

Dans les proprietes d’un volet tu as la commande identifiy, assez simple a lancer. Si tu clik sur ce bouton, il faut que tu click 2 fois ???

Le PB est apparu dès que j’ai mis en service le plugin.
Vu le bouton identifier.
Mais je vais devoir te laisser car çà va râler dur si je fais des essais vu que la « boutique » commence à se coucher

En fait, in extremis, j’ai réussi à faire une identification.
Après un petit 1/4 h d’attente (pour laisser le système se mettre en place), une action sur le bouton Identification fait bouger le VR à la première sollicitation.
Je re-confirmerai demain après un délai d’attente plus long (on ne sait jamais)…

Bonjour Eli.

Je confirme après une bonne nuit de repos la commande Ident. fonctionne du premier coup.
Par contre, dans la foulée, toute action sur les commandes de VR ne fonctionne pas au premier coup.
Comme décrit précédemment, la deuxième fois la commande s’exécute.
J’ai vu qu’une mise à jour du plugin est disponible ce matin, dois-je le mettre à jour ? ou souhaites tu continuer le diagnostic avec cette version ?

Tu peux update, j’ai corrigé des soucis de démarrage de daemon sur Linux comme je dev sur win docker, je n’avais pas ces problèmes

La mise à jour effectuée, après 1/4 d’heure de délai, le pb persiste toujours.
Pour éviter des interactions éventuelles, j’ai utilisé la commande tester. Même en effectuant le test il faut que je déclenche 2 fois.

J’ai un TYXIA 6610 pour commander un point d’éclairage. Les commandes à destination de cet équipement ne subissent pas le pb décrit. L’action a lieu dès le premier appui.

Pas facile à voir ton problème dans les logs… Possible de se faire une séance de debug ?
Tu es le 1er a me remonter ce problème, et je n’ai aucune piste…
Sur l’application Tydom tout fonctionne bien ?

D’accord pour une séance de debug. Mais mes compétences en Linux sont très limitées, tu vas devoir me guider.
Quand j’arrête le daemon Jeedore, l’application TYDOM fonctionne parfaitement.
Quand le daemon Jeedore est activé, l’application TYDOM ne fonctionne pas bien (je suis obligé là aussi d’envoyer 2 ordres sur TYDOM. Ensuite, si je n’attends pas trop, les ordres suivants sont exécutés au 1er coup.).
Et toujours après qq minutes le pb réapparaît.
Chose bizarre le pb ne se produit pas sur la Cde d’éclairage TYXIA 6610 (c’est la seule que j’ai pour l’instant).

Dans le doute as tu essayé de reboot ton tydom
(Debrancher et rebrancher le secteur ) ?
