Problème d’inclusion Prise Legrand Netatmo

Bonjour,

J’ai un message d’erreur lors de l’inclusion d’une prise Legrand Netatmo.
Sous Jeezigbee la prise est détecté mais je n’arrive à rien et le voyant reste au rouge fixe.

La prise n’est pas correctement appairée. Donc pas utilisable.
Il faut recommencer la procédure d’appairage

Bonjour,

J’ai appliqué la procédure sur une prise montée en lab sur mon bureau. J’ai obtenu une intégration partielle avec un logo alerte sur l’icone du produit sous Z2M. La seconde installée à sa place définitive ne veut rien savoir.

Pour info, la prise en intégration partielle alterne led bleue fixe ou vert fixe. J’ai cherché les différents états de couleur sur google sans rien trouver de concluant. Une âme charitable pourrait-elle me les expliquer en dehors de rouge fixe et vert clignotant.

J’ai comme l’impression que je vais galérer pour arriver au bout de la domotisation de ma maison d’autant que le seul volet profalux en zigbee 3.0 ne veut rien entendre mais c’est un autre sujet.

Avez vous une autre solution à me proposer pour ces fichus prises en dehors de tout envoyer balader J’ai 6 prises à installer et deux de type sortie de câble. Avant d’investir, j’aurai dû effectuer un essai, trop de confiance !

Un seul commentaire. Ce n’est pas normal d’avoir autant de soucis ici. Donc il doit y avoir un paramètre externe au plugin jeezigbee qui met la zone:

la clé qui a une mauvaise portée : voir si ce serait un problème connu avec l’Atlas. Perso, je préfère une clé usb, l’intégré donne moins de libertés.
type de la pice zigbee.
-canal zigbee, le matos legrand ne fonctionnait que sur le canal 11 avant.
perturbation wifi: tester en désactivant le wifi.

Depuis la version 1.35 de Zigbee2MQTT , l’inclusion des device Legrand pose problème. Ce souci a été signalé à plusieurs reprises sur le forum de Zigbee2MQTT .

Pour inclure du legrand sans y passer des heures, le plus simple est de downgrader zigbee2mqtt en 1.34 pour faire l’appairage, puis repasser sur la derniere version.

Remplacez par la version souhaitée

Choisir la version de Zigbee2MQTT en mettant tout simplement le numéro de version dans le champ prévu pour (le bouton vous a coté de ce champ vous permet de voir les versions disponibles). Ensuite il suffit de sauvegarder puis relancer les dépendances

Je suis passé en 1.34.0. La prise semble incluse correctement.

J’ai eu la led rose ou violette pendant quelques temps puis elle s’est éteinte après être passée au bleue.

Depuis la led est éteinte sauf si j’active la commande led_if_on on dans ce cas elle est bleue. Elle repasse de temps en temps au rose ou violet et ne pas me demander comment

Pour info, lors de l’inclusion, il a fallut que je redémarre Z2M quand toutes les annonces étaient bleues sinon l’inclusion ne s’effectuait pas correctement.

Hello,

J’ai réussi à inclure mes 6 prises et surtout à les mettre à jour via OTA.
C’est plutôt sport car il faut être persévérant et patient. Au final s’est possible. Pour info l’upgrade s’est effectué en version 83 ou 0053 (Hexa)
