Problème avec Jeedom Smart

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques jours, j’ai un problème avec ma Smart. Je n’arrive plus à me connecter à l’interface web. J’ai relié la box à écran pour voir s’il y avait quelque chose d’afficher. Une série de ligne défile, jusqu’à ce qu’elle fasse une pause et affiche le message suivant :

Ensuite les lignes continuent de défiler puis demande le login (root ou jeedom) puis le mot de passe.

Ayant une Smart, j’ai essayé de faire le recovery mode, mais ca ne fonctionne pas. Dans le fichier install.log, j’ai les messages suivant :

Tu as du support sur la Smart non ?

Oui j’ai fait un ticket, mais pas retour depuis mardi.
Le week-end étant prolongé avec le 11 novembre je n’aurais pas de réponse avant le mardi minimum.
La box gère le chauffage, c’est un peu galère en ce moment (heureusement que j’ai toujours la possibilité de chauffer manuellement).

Malheureusement c’est ticket la sont compliqués a traité pour nous beaucoup d’analyse a faire. Si tu es vraiment pressé lance une procédure de sav auprès de ton revendeur ya de grande chose que ça finisse comme ça la

Cela semble être un problème hardware sur le support de stockage (/dev/mmcblk0p7).

Est ce qu’il y a des codes qui peuvent réparer ou voir d’où vient le problème ?
Je ne suis pas informaticien, mais ça ne me dérange pas de chercher et faire des manip.

Si c’est bien un problème hardware, il faudra remplacer le support de stockage (si il est soudé sur la carte, ce sera plus difficile).

L’eMMC est amovible.

Si je comprends bien, il faut changer la mémoire emmc, et tout pourrait fonctionner ? (En réinstallant bien sûr)
