Bonjour à tous, un grand merci d’avance à ceux qui voudront bien prendre du temps pour m’aider…

Tout d’abord le souci : je me suis lancé dans l’installation de Theengs Gateway et MQTT Discovery, j’ai réussi à force d’essais à faire reconnaitre mes nuts (au final en ne touchant plus à rien ils sont remontés).

Au moment où ils ont été reconnus, ils étaient bien mis en présents, depuis hier soir, ils sont absents en permanence…
Autre souci, mon installation semble avoir perturbé Phone detection qui fonctionnait bien jusqu’ici, il se relance régulièrement…

Ma config et résumé des installations récentes (désolé je ne suis pas très technique) :
Box smart, remplacement vendredi de l’emmc par celle de domadoo pour passer en debian 11, passage sans accrocs, version 4.4.19.
Je fonctionne avec zwave, passé samedi sous zwave js, migration qui s’est relativement bien passée, et avec zigbee, je suis passé il y a une bonne semaine de deconz vers jeezigbee. MQTT Manager est donc bien paramétré avec ces deux migrations.

J’avais abandonné ma domotique suite gros travaux chez moi par manque de temps, et j’ai repris il y a 3 semaines, d’où mes migrations récentes.

J’ai vu qu’il existait mieux que blea, avec mqttdiscovery, et j’ai resorti mes nuts, changé mes piles par de nouvelles.
Pour phone detection j’utilise une clé sena avec antenne déportée, et pour theengs une clé bluetooth que j’avais acheté sur domadoo, portée plus limite forcément.

J’ai bredouillé un peu beaucoup sur theengs et mqttdiscovery, et je me suis trompé en mettant la mauvaise antenne en me plaçant sur la sena, avant de corriger et en passant sur la plus petite en HCI1.

J’ai cherche sur facebook youdom, et sur community, j’ai trouvé des sujets similaires, j’ai donc réappairé mes nuts à l’application, déconnecté celle ci, couper le bluetooth, et désinstallé l’application. J’ai redémarré l’antenne, relancé dépendances, demon, mais snif rien…

Bref, si vous avez eu le courage d’aller au bout de mon speech, voici les logs, et s’il manque quoi que ce soit ou que la forme de ma demande n’est pas la bonne, n’hésitez pas à me jeter des pierres :slight_smile:

Je n’ai plus aucun log avec erreur sur phone detection, j’ai l’impression que c’est uniquement quand je suis présent et il ne remonte pas assez loin, je le posterai en complément par la suite.

Bonjour,

En premier: merci pour l’effort de formatage, j’ai vu les multiples versions et la version « citation » n’était pas très facile à lire; là c’est bon :+1:

Alors pour vous aider à identifier la ou les causes possibles voici quelques infos:

  • malheureusement le log des antennes ne contient pas la date/heure (c’est ni de votre faute ni la mienne… je devrais encore chercher si je peux y faire quelques choses car ca n’aide pas) et du coup on ne sait jamais si les erreurs qu’on voit sont récentes ou d’anciennes tentatives
  • dans ce log on voit de multiple problème du genre Operation already in progress et vu que vous avez des problèmes avec plugin-phone_detection, ca ne trompe pas: les 2 applications rentrent en conflits sur l’utilisation de vos clés bluetooth: (re)vérifiez que vous avez bien configuré des clés bluetooth différentes
  • on voit aussi Network is unreachable => ca veut dire qu’il n’a pas pu joindre mosquitto à priori; donc est-ce que mqtt2 (mqtt manager) était bien démarré? pas de soucis de ce coté?

Tu m’as vu galérer en direct c’est beau mdr. Pour mqtt manager, je ne vois rien de méchant tout semble ok et pas de soucis avec le zwave et jeezigbee.
Pour les dongles bt, j’ai déconnecté physiquement pour vérifier que j’étais sur les bonnes mais je vois pas ce que je peux faire de plus a ce niveau ?
Peut être désactiver phone detection pour voir si mes nuts sont reconnus…

Erf, je veux pas fermer trop vite, mais tu m’a mis la puce à l’oreille sur mes dongles… J’ai enlevé le contrôleur dans phone detection, j’ai désactivé le plugin. J’ai passé le contrôleur de Theengs sur ma sena en HCI0, sauvegarder, réinstaller les dépendances dans mqtt et relancer le demon… Et là miracle, le seul nut resté à la maison remonte…

Histoire que tu ne cherches pas trop de ton côté… Je vérifie ça dans la journée, car pas chez moi, et je te tiens au jus.

Restera à savoir si c’est le fait d’avoir deux dongles BT qui bloquaient ou si mon dongle BT secondaire qui n’était plus utilisé depuis un certain temps est HS…

D’après ton expérience, deux contrôleurs sont possibles, ils peuvent coexister ensemble ?

je n’ai aucune expérience la-dessus, je n’utilise que theengsgateway et uniquement sur pi0 distant avec bluetooth interne.
mais d’autres utilisateurs p-e.

J’ai 2 dongles BT sur la même box jeedom.
1 utilisé par phone detection, l’autre par TWG

Aucun souci.

Mon nut reste présent 5 minutes puis absent… Je vais voir ce midi, si le comportement est le même avec le nut que j’ai sur moi. Et je viderai les logs, réinstallerai l’antenne, les dépendances, et le demon pour qu’on puisse se fier aux logs.

Alors mon nut n’a pas été reconnu à mon retour, et l’autre même en le réveillant apparaît en absent…

A la relance de l’antenne, ils apparaissent tous deux presents 3 4 minutes puis absents…

J’ai vidé le log, installer l’antenne (au préalable j’ai désinstallé le dongle qui date et qui n’a pas été testé depuis un moment), voici le premier log sur tgw 501

le problème n’est ni dans plugin-mqttdiscovery ni dans plugin-tgw donc ces logs là ne servent pas.
c’est uniquement le « log de l’antenne » qui est donc le log de theengsgateway qui pourrait peut-être aider vu que c’est theengsgateway qui n’arrive pas à utiliser la clé bluetooth.

c’est la sena qui est branchée là?
je ne sais pas pq je ne vois que des problèmes avec cette clé, et j’ai l’impression que c’est aussi plus sur smart…

Oui j’ai changé pour la sena, puisque c’est la clé qui fonctionnait jusqu’alors avec phone detection, j’étais sûr de son fonctionnement, jusqu’ici je tentais avec l’autre.

Si je ne me trompe pas, dans le log antenne j’ai uniquement :

Et j’ai remarqué un warning à la fin de mon log MQTT Discovery, rien à voir d’après ce que tu dis mais bon…

Le pire c’est que ça fonctionne pour décrocher 5 minutes après…

bah non, ca informe que le composant « camera » n’est pas encore supporté par plugin-mqttdiscovery
c’est pour intégrer ta passerelle « iotlink »; mqtt discovery n’est pas limité à fonctionner avec theengsgateway

J’ai acheté un ESP32 pour faire une antenne déportée, si j’ai bien compris le principe, sachant que je m’aventure sur des choses que je ne connais pas du tout, tu penses que le fait d’être en déporté hors de la smart pourrait aider ?

Reste à réussir à le configurer, c’est une autre aventure ^^. Je vais tenter ça. Déjà tu m’as rassuré d’un côté, je ne suis pas complètement une buse, j’ai plutôt bien configuré Theengs et MQTT :stuck_out_tongue:

Une dernière question, phone detection fait des siennes, demon qui redémarre, qui reste nok actuellement… Bref j’ai fait un restore à dimanche, avant installation de theengs gateway, mais j’avais les mêmes messages donc ça doit pas être lié.

Savez vous si dans la box, il y a quelque part une config bluetooth, qui aurait fait entrer en conflit les deux, ou qui au passage de debian 11, aurait fait foirer la gestion des contrôleurs ?
Je ne vois « que » ces deux changements qui pourraient expliquer que ça bugge maintenant alors que depuis plusieurs semaines le bluetooth fonctionne bien en phone detection. Je penche plutôt pour le passage en debian 11… Puis je réinitialiser s’ils existent, ces paramétrages ? En ssh peut être ?

Ah ma connaissance rien n’est modifié, si tu désinstalles l’antenne theengs (ou la stopper) c’est comme si rien n’avait été fait.

Ok donc c’est le passage en debian. Puisque j’ai commencé par supprimer l’antenne… Et peut être bien que tout est lié… Avec le souci que j’ai eu plus haut sur Theengs… Je vais reposter changer la clé bluetooth et tenter, histoire d’exclure la sena du souci. Et si c’est le cas refaire un post dédié à phone detection, je risque d’abuser un peu du forum ces prochains jours. Je m’amuse tellement à faire mes scénarios, je kiffe cette partie… Mais si ma gestion de présence n’est pas fiable ça ne sert à rien… Sauf si j’étais tout seul à la maison, le souci ne se poserait pas…
