Notification et Localisation HS si app Mobile non lancé iOS

Bonjour à tous

J’ai un petit soucis avec l’appli mobile Jeedom sur iOS. J’utilise Homebridge pour controler ma maison via mon iPhone, l’application Jeedom ne sert qu’à deux choses :

  • Envoyer des notifications depuis mon Jeedom vers un téléphone (ex. Sortir les poubelles)
  • Signaler à Jeedom que je rentre ou sort d’une zone pre-definie (ex. Je quitte la maison)

Sauf que je me suis rendu compte que si je ne lançait pas l’application de temps en temps sur mon téléphone, celle-ci arretait de fonctionner.

Les logs de mon jeedom indique bien un envoi de notification :

Mais je ne reçois pas la notification dans l’appli Jeedom sur iOS. Idem pour la localisation qui ne se met plus à jour en fonction de mes entrées/sorties.
Les autorisations de notif, localisation et actualisation sont ok dans les réglages iOS

Je precise aussi que si je lance l’application sur mon téléphone, j’aurais les 4 sliders de presentation de l’application qui repop

Quelqu’un a t’il deja eu un probleme equivalent ?

Pour les notifications : a tu la notification qui arriver dans iOS (pas dans l’app) ?

Pour la géolocalisation depuis ios13 il y a la commande de toujours autoriser qui saute bien l’activer (de plus je vais bientôt faire un fix sur les souci lier au réseau lors d’un envoi de géolocalisation)

Pour les pop up de demo c’est qu’il faut simplement choisir entre simple ou complex sur la vue principal de l’app :wink:

Concernant les notifications, je n’ai plus de notification qui arrive sur iOS

Pour la géolocalisation, elle est bien activé sur toujours.

Petite précision:
Mon épouse a un iPhone 6 avec iOS 12 et la géolocalisation fonctionne très bien.
Moi j’ai un iPhone X avec iOS 13 et la géolocalisation est très aléatoire.

Fait partir du principe que l’App va être réécrite. Un peu de patience, une nouvelle version va arriver. En Android, on a aussi des problèmes.
