NOK remontée d'information en direct des composants

Bonjour,

j’ai acheté le plugin Ajax pour intégrer sur mon installation :

  • acces direct depuis internet à jeedom (acces valide depuis un smartphone)
  • ajout de mon compte utilisateur ajax
  • ajout du compte utilisateur ajax ajax@jeedom.com

Pas d’activation du Demon SIA (car pas necessaire pour la remontée du direct)

je synchronise : j’ai bien les équipements qui remontent.
Je fais un test en scenario : j’arrive à activer/desactiver l’alarme

Par contre, je n’ai pas l’état des contacteurs de porte/fenetre (ouvert/fermé).

Dans les logs du plugin (niveau debug), je vois bien la remontée des infos des equipements (comme les types) mais aucune info précise sur les etats (hormis la centrale). Cela correspond au probleme signalé dans un avis négatif sur le market du plugin.

je ne sais pas trop quoi indiquer en logs, car il y a pas mal d’infos confidentielles. Je les masquerai.

La connexion externe de ton jeedom est elle bien en https avec le certificat valide sur les 3 niveaux ?

j’étais en http, avec NAT

pour simplifier la gestion des certificats, j’ai pris un pack power jeedom, j’ai desormais un acces https.

mais je n’ai toujours pas la remontée d’info en direct.

Si tu changes l’url de ton jeedom (ce qui est ton cas) il faut refaire dans le plugin ajax la partie connexion au compte ajax pour que la nouvelle url soit envoyé.

oui, j’ai remarqué dans les logs que mon ancien dns était encore envoyé.
J’ai refait la connexion : rien ne change
J’ai supprimé le plugin, redemarrage, et re-installé, reconnecté (j’ai bien les périphériques) : toujours rien

Tu as bien configuré la bonne url externe dans la configuration de jeedom ?

je pensais que le dns s’implantait automatiquement

Si tu as coché la case « désactiver la gestion du réseaux par jeedom » alors c’est a toi de tout configurer.
