Loading composer repositories with package information
A connection timeout was encountered. If you intend to run Composer without connecting to the internet, run the command again prefixed with COMPOSER_DISABLE_NETWORK=1 to make Composer run in offline mode.
https://repo.packagist.org could not be fully loaded (curl error 28 while downloading https://repo.packagist.org/packages.json: Resolving timed out after 10002 milliseconds), package information was loaded from the local cache and may be out of date
Updating dependencies

Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires galbar/jsonpath 3.0, found galbar/jsonpath[dev-normalize_length_op, dev-refactor_extract_private_methods, dev-master, dev-fix-#24_proper_serializarion_of_objects_and_arrays_when_empty, dev-fix_53_revert_length_functionality, dev-add_support_for_not_symbol, dev-44-add_symbol_or_and_operators, 0.5.0, ..., 0.8, 1.0, ..., 1.3.1, 2.0, 2.1] but it does not match the constraint.
Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.
