Login to Arlo failed

Bonjour,

Depuis le début du mois, le démon ne démarre plus. J’ai vérifié user/password en me connectant sur myarlo et tout est ok.

Le démon est KO depuis le 2 aout. J’ai depuis fait une réinstall complète suite migration debian 11 mais toujours même problème.

Au cas où j’ai aussi renouvelé mon IP publique au cas ou…

le résultat est clair: le compte est bloqué
le problème n’est pas le plugin et je ne peux rien faire
soit arlo a détecté un soucis ou trop de tentatives ou que sais-je mais en tout cas c’est bloqué chez eux.

je déconseille de contacter leur support pour de l’aide à ce propos, ca ne risque que d’empirer la situation puisqu’ils n’autorisent pas officiellement ce type d’intégration, ce n’est que toléré.

Essayez de créer un nouvel utilisateur.

Je viens de tester avec un nouveau mail (gmail) idem…

2 questions:

pensez vous que cela soit nécessaire de refaire un test avec une nouvelle IP et nouveau mail?
Lorsque je mets l’url https://34.243.72.253/ dans le navigateur j’obtiens « not found ». est-ce normal? (pas testé avec postman)

Suis-je le seul à rencontrer ou avoir rencontré le problème car j’ai rien trouvé de similaire sur le forum… (ça fait 3 )

en fait je n’avais pas bien regardé mais il y a d’abord cette erreur plusieurs fois:

ce n’est pas anormal
c’est un petit hack que j’ai mis en place pour contourner cloudflare si la requête est bloqué par eux mais ici c’est même pas le cas je pense.

le mot de passe est incorrecte, s’il y a un ou des caractères spéciaux, essayez de le simplifier: a-z, A-Z et 1-9 aléatoires et suffisamment long sera tout aussi sécurisé.

pour l’authentification à la boite mail mais c’est pas (encore) le problème là, le plugin est même pas connecté à Arlo alors il ne va pas essayer de se connecter à la boite mail

Donc la pour la boite mail il faut bien suivre la procédure de la doc.

Je n’ai eu aucun souci en la suivant à la lettre

Donc c’était bien le mot de passe du compte Arlo qui était trop complexe.
