Jeedom ne parvient pas à se connecter à MariaDB sous Docker (Synology, DSM6)

Bonjour,

Je tente d’installer Jeedom sur mon NAS synology DS713+ en DSM6.2.4
J’ai suivi le tutoriel de ce lien :

Dans les logs de l’installation je peux voir les messages suivants :

ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‹ /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock › (2)

Les mots de pass correspondent bien entre le fichier docker-compose.yaml et dockerfile
Est-ce que quelqu’un pourrait me dire ce que je peux faire ou vérifier ?
Désolé si ce post fait doublon je n’ai pas trouvé de sujet sur ce problème.

Bonjour,

c’est bizarre ton histoire de mot de passe pour MySQL car c’est Jeedom qui le créé

c’est noté dans le Dockerfile

Je me suis peut être focalisé sur une fausse piste.
Dans les logs de l’installation, j’ai des warning concernant MariaDB :

Et l’installation se termine comme dans les screen du tutoriel mais l’ouverture de la page web jeedom ne produit qu’une ligne de texte « SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] No such file or directory »

Bonjour,

J’ai repris le tutoriel de zéro en effaçant le contenu des répertoires /html et /db, le conteneur Jeedom ainsi que les images Jeedom et Debian10 pour être sur de repartir de zéro.

J’ai toujours le même résultat avec « mariadb: unrecognized service » dans les logs.

J’ai identifié et corrigé cette erreur (étape 10mariadb) sur le core en alpha. Faut encore attendre que ça passe en beta / core… à suivre

C’est l’erreur rapportée sur un autre post, ton syno est incompatible debian:11 il faut rester sur buster debian:10 en attendant que syno mette à jour son OS.

j’ai refait une installation mais avec FROM debian:10

le problème reste le même.

En utilisant la commande /etc/init.d/mysql start MariaDB a bien demarrer

mais au demarrage de jeedom
SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Accès refusé pour l'utilisateur 'jeedom'@'localhost' (en utilisant le mot de passe : OUI)

Hello,

Le problème n’est plus le même… On corrige le problème bloquant apache, en revenant sur debian:10. Mais par contre c’est mariaDB qui ne démarre plus pour une raison qui m’échappe. Enfin, si, j’ai cru que c’était le problème de PID1 sur docker, connu et que l’on contourne en remplaçant systemd (ordonanceur par défaut de debian) par supervisor…

Ce que je ne comprends pas c’est comment Jeedom fonctionnait avant sans supervisor, je n’ai pas eu le temps de vérifier mais je regarderais à mon retour de vacances. dans 10 jours

J’ai réussi à faire démarrer Jeedom en modifiant le fichier init.sh

J’ai remplacé mariadb par mysql

On n’a pas de fichier install-alpha.shmais je suppose que tu parlais de install.sh dans la branche alpha ? il semble en effet qu’on est passé de mysql à mariadb à cette date. Bonne piste !

MariaDB a un alias, mysql, ce qui permet en principe de ne rien changer dans les programmes et on devrait continuer d’utilisler mysql pour lancer le programme mariaDB. D’ailleurs dans l’install actuelle on tente d’abords avec mariadb, et si ça ne marche pas on re-tente avec mysql

Je vais tenter une correction similaire (service start mariadb … si ko on tente service start mysql …)

Alors oui en effet c’est ce que j’ai fait l’ordre est important!

J’ai progressé sur la création des images Docker, on a donc maintenant une jeedom/jeedom:4.4 et aussi une jeedom/jeedom:4.4-buster spéciale pour les syno qui ne sont pas compatibles bullseye

docker pull jeedom/jeedom:4.4-buster

C’est donc pour l’instant la version Jeedom beta mais d’ici peu on aura les mêmes tags en 4.3 et 4.3-buster
