Installation antenne bluethooth NOK

Bonjour,
je suis sur une smart 4.4.6 que je viens de refaire complètement (restauration a partir de l’image avec application de l’uptate 4.4).
J’ai restauré une sauvegarde et je commence à installer Theengs Gateway (tgw) - stable.
Ma clé Bluetooth est une SENA UD100
Une fois le plugin activé, je créé un équipement LOCAL (la clé est branché sur un port USB de la smart en direct)
La clé est apparemment reconnue après quelques secondes. J’ai enlevé tous les appareils a à ignorer

Je clique sur Installation de l’antenne, en bas dans les bandeaux vert, ça donne l’impression que tout se passe bien.

Bonjour @Mips oui c’est ce que je fais habituellement quand qqch commence a dérailler.
J’ai aussi désactivé (pas désinstallé) l’ancien plugin blea.

Je pense avoir résolu le problème après moults tentatives. J’ai trouvé les comandes dans tes post précédents (je suis une bille en linux)
Voici ce que j’ai fait :

sudo pipx list
==>nothing has been installed with pipx 😴
==>They were likely installed using a pipx version before 0.15.0.0
ce qui est anormal vu ce que tu avait écrit dans un post précéent, j'ai donc desinstallé complètement le plugin
Redémarrage de la SMART
Reinstallation du plugin
sudo pipx list
==>nothing has been installed with pipx 😴
==>They were likely installed using a pipx version before 0.15.0.0
Toujour mauvais

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -y install pipx
sudo pipx list
==>package theengsgateway 1.5.0, installed using Python 3.7.3

le problème n’est pas totalement résolu malheureusement.
Le plugin me dit que l’antenne est bien installée, mais dans le log j’ai
[org.bluez.Error.NotSupported] Operation is not supported
La clé est une SENA UD100a.
J’ai fini par trouver qu’il y avait un problème de compatibilité avec bluez pour cette clé bluetooth.
Y a t’il un moyen de résoudre cette erreur, sinon quelle clé bluetooth fonctionne sur une smart ?

Je n’ai aucune idée si cette clé est supporté ou pas ni des clés compatibles de manière générale d’autant plus que je ne gère pas l’app theengsgateway, je ne fais que l’installer.

la clé sena UD 100 fonctionne très bien avec TGW. J’en n’ai actuellement 2 qui fonctionnent, une sur un RPI 4B et une autre sur un NUC en Débian 11

je n’ai jamais pu installer TGW sur ma smart en Debian 10 Buster et il me semble que tu es toujours sous Buster.

Peut être qu’il faudrait passer sous Debian 11 ?

Evidemment à confirmer par des pro.

ca serait bien mais malheureusement il n’y a pas (encore) d’image dispo pour smart en debian11

En effet sous debian 10.13.
Ce serait bien d’avoir une image qui permette d’utiliser cette clé qui a fortement été mise en avant sur le forum comme étant la clé miracle (c’est pour cela que je l’ai prise).
Du coup une grande partie de ma smart est inutilisable :frowning:

Il faut voir le positif : sous Debian 10 BLEA fonctionne très bien.

il est très instable en fait, il plante au moins 2 à 3 fois par jour

reste la possibilité d’avoir un petit pi (un pi3 ou un pi0) à utiliser comme antenne, c’est quand même mieux que d’installer sur jeedom en direct et en plus cela permet de placer l’antenne de façon plus optimal
