Tu sembles avoir une erreur autour de python3,
dans le log il te propose d’installer manuellement
apt-get install python3-venv
je ne suis pas spécialiste donc …
Si c’était chez moi je ferais d’abord une mise à jour système
sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade -y
et ensuite test teleinfo
et ensuite ce qu’il demande de faire
de toute façon j’ai des sauvegardes
Je ne connais pas les smart il faudrait peut-être mieux attendre que noyax passe ou un connaisseur.
Je ne veux pas te faire casser qq chose, les conseilleurs n’étant pas les payeurs
j’ai mis a jour en 4.4 et toujours le meme problème. j’ai reinstamé le plug in, les dépendances… je ne sais plus ou chercher

The virtual environment was not created successfully because ensurepip is not
available. On Debian/Ubuntu systems, you need to install the python3-venv
package using the following command.
apt-get install python3-venv
You may need to use sudo with that command. After installing the python3-venv
package, recreate your virtual environment.
