J’ai une erreur 500 lorsque j’essaie de me connecter à l’interface depuis plusieurs jours.
Je n’ai pas accès au rescue (pas de DNS).
J’ai accès à max box en la branchant à un ordi, elle semble bien fonctionner mais je n’ai plus l’interface …
J’ai essayé de faire une restauration mais les seuls backups dispos semblent être des versions en 4.4.3 ce qui ne m’aide donc absolument pas.
Quelqu’un aurait-il une idée svp ?

J’ai réessayé en ligne de commande sans succès malheureusement.
J’ai quand même retenté d’accéder au « rescue » en mettant rexcue=1 mais le message « [Erreur 2] Impossible de trouver votre box, est-elle bien connectée aux réseaux dns ? » apparait …

Je n’avais pas fait le test mais le ping répond bien effectivement.
Ce n’est pas en ligne de commande mais via navigateur mais avec l’ip locale
Désolé mais je ne comprends pas très bien ce que vous me conseillez : si je ping ma box avec son IP locals via cmd, le ping est ok. SI je mets l’adresse IP de ma box dans un navigateur, j’obtiens une erreur 500.
J’ai déplacé mes backups afin que restore prenne le plus ancien de ceux que j’ai mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas … Help please
Reste plus qu’à utiliser le paramètre rescue et vous n’aurez plus l’erreur 500
